Here is a short list of sources to clarify that Diluc and Kaeya are in fact, siblings.

  1. diluc's skin directly states that he is the eldest brother of his family/clan, which implies that there is one, or more younger siblings.

  2. While not directly in game you can still ask the Hoyoverse customer service (Especially CN branch for more accuracy) and they can confirm that they are legaly brothers. Here is an example in both CN and english. ( you are free to try it out yourself )

  3. Kaeya directly states that diluc is his brother. However the CN word used can also be confused with friendliness intent (bro/pal/buddy, etc). It all depends on context. some argue that is was mistranslated as blood link when it is not. Here is the line first: A screenshot from the game genshin impact A screenshot from the game genshin impact -If he only means he is a friend, then he would have no need to clarify why he doesn't reside at the winery, like the rest of the clan.
-In context, brother makes more sense than friend since it directly follows 养子 (Crepus' son).
  4. Clarifications!
-Kaeya and Diluc, while being legally siblings, can also be considered sworn brothers at the same time. It is a very common BL trope in order to avoir censorship, which is very present in china. However, it doesn't necessarily involve romance. Here it is used in a more litteral sence, where they made a promise to eachother, an oath which was broken, therefore breaking their mutual trust.
-But then shouldn't kaeya take on the ragnivindr last name? well it's not that simple. 1) kaeya might've reverted. 2) He simply did not take the name, as he had one of his own. This happens IRL frequently.
-The english translation of the manga is very outdated, not a good source.
