मीराबाई की किताबें

This page is a sort of 'recommended, introductory reading' compilation for ease of access. These are all authors I love dearly and feel strongly about, and thus authors whom I feel I can provide an apt introduction to. Novels listed are a combination of pieces I personally find compelling and pieces which are extremely widely acclaimed or accessible.

Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky का
Crime & Punishment; The Brothers Karamazov; The Possessed
• I list here only what I believe to be the best pieces for an introduction to Dostoyevsky, but I am something of a Dostoyevsky academe at large. I am familiar with and fond of essentially all of his published work. Please consult me at any time for help with reading him.

Anton Pavlovich Chekhov का
The Seagull; Uncle Vanya; Three Sisters; The Bet; The Steppe; The Duel; Ward no. 6
• See note regarding Dostoyevsky.

Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoy का
War & Peace; The Death of Ivan Ilych; What Is to Be Done?

Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov का
The Master and Margarita; Heart of a Dog; The White Guard

Edogawa Ranpo का
The Fiend with Twenty Faces; The Murder on D. Hill; The Golden Mask; The Demon of the Lonely Isle; Confessions of Ranpo
• Again, see note regarding Dostoyevsky. The Ero-Guro Nansensu movement is one I hold extremely dear to my heart. Tanizaki Jun'ichiro is also worthwhile reading for more in that vein.

William Faulkner का
The Sound and the Fury; Absalom, Absalom!; Light in August

Vladimir Nabokov का
Lolita; Pale Fire; The Waltz Invention; Ardor

Ludwig Wittgenstein का
Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus; Philosophical Investigations

Shirley Jackson कि
The Haunting of Hill House; We Have Always Lived in the Castle

Søren Kierkegaard का
The Sickness Unto Death; Fear and Trembling
• Kierkegaard's journals are also a worthwhile read.

Gilles Deleuze & Félix Guattari का
Anti-Oedipus; Kafka: Toward a Minor Literature

Carl Jung का
Man and his Symbols; Memories, Dreams, Reflections
• Please read a baseline amount of Freud prior to pursuing Jung. Both are essential for media comprehension, and they stack upon one another.

Other authors you may want to ask me about include Kafka; Conan Doyle; Hegel; Spinoza; Schopenhauer; Descartes; Baudrillard; Derrida; Lermontov; Gogol; Hesse... and more!
