here's a list of things that you have to agree on before proceeding with any kind of trade or commission with me!

ART:

you're allowed to use my art only if it is made for you! but only for PERSONAL USE.
personal use of art include using as profile pictures/banners/etc!
printing of my art made for you is allowed anytime!
please ASK before manufacturing physical merch (acrylic keychains, stands, etc) of my art (at factories, eg. wooacry), if you are planning to do this multiple times, please always let me know everytime you start a production again! -- it is important to me that i keep track of how much physical merch of my work is being produced externally. /srs
contact me if you’d like to use a copy of my work for gifting (eg, handing stickers at a convention) . but absolutely NO commercial/sale usuage of my work
if you'd like to use my work commercially, please discuss the prices with me. chances are if you are planning to sell physical merch with my art, you'd have to pay me a 30-40% upcharge fee (per 100 pieces sold).
DO NOT FEED MY ART INTO GENERATIVE AI OR SELL IT FOR NFTS. i am very anti ai!
you are only allowed to make minor changes to my art w/o permission. if you’d like to do something major, please let me know! (or have me change it)
if you owe me art, i require completion (or updates) after/every 3 months. i can/will give extensions but you must communicate with me.
you're only allowed to take up 3 instances of owed from me at once. i don't like piling up work on others, so please finish it before offering more art payments again.

DESIGNS:

YOU MUST HAVE TOYHOUSE TO OWN ANY OF MY DESIGNS. i will give you a code if you dont have one.
you are NOT allowed to private or delete the toyhouse profiles of my designs. putting on authorised is okay BUT you must auth me.
you are not allowed to block/ip block me if you own any of my designs. however, if you wish to keep the blockade, we can come to an agreeement that you must keep my alt toyhouse account unblocked (or authed, depending on scenario)
you’re allowed to gift sell and trade my designs (on-site ONLY, if i find any unauthorised off-site trades you are immediately blacklisted)
when selling a design for real money, please do NOT sell it higher than the original price unless there’s extra art added on
any art obtained from requests, gifts or artfight DOES NOT count into a design's net worth. you are to only count in commissioned/trades work to monetary value.
you are not allowed to resell any of my designs for money if you didn't buy it with real currency, UNLESS there is personal or commissioned work added on to their gallery.
redesigns and tweaks allowed! as long as you keep the character generally still recognisable to original. (this includes hue shifting)
if the design already has a canonised identity, mental disorder, DO NOT CHANGE IT. (i only make exceptions if you plan to use a design as your sona, but id appreciate it being discussed with me.
with that said, don’t change designs body types or races too. (unless the character is “white” or has an “average” body type, then i do not mind it being changed to something else) YOU CAN CHANGE ANIMAL SPECIES OF MY DESIGNS ANYTIME
DO NOT give my designs to people in my blacklist, or people i have blocked/blocked me!
if you are currently on any of those lists above, you’re allowed to keep the designs, but you can’t receive any new ones. you are allowed to trade/gift/sell pre-existing designs you own from me, but you’re not allowed to take them back in the future.
you’re allowed to make anthros into ferals, vice versa, or even humanise any furry designs i make. if it is the humanisation of my design, you are allowed to take partial credit as the designer! (hell id even like to see it)
you are allowed to make NSFW/suggestive content of any designs i make that you own, if you’re an adult (18+). PLEASE tag content filters properly and only post it on adult-only platforms that you may use. -- if you post it to accounts where minors are following you, you will be blacklisted/called out.
if you are a minor, you may NOT make any form of nsfw content with my designs. -- OR if you still choose to do so anyways, please keep it private/unknown to me
i do not consent to fetish art being made of my designs however, even if it falls into “sfw territory”, keep it private.
you’re allowed to purchase my designs on behalf of someone, as long as they’re not on my block/blacklist

COMMISSIONS:

-always pay before i start work! but on some occasions if im doing a bigger commission for you, i might ask you to pay AFTER the sketch instead. just pay when i say to basically

-once ive started on the art, absolutely no refunds at all. (unless due to unforseen reasons, like me being hospitalised/dead.)

-my turnaround time is typically within less than a day, but if any unforeseen circumstances i can take up to a week max, tho it usually wont stretch over 2 days!

-i will do a full refund to you if i cannot fufill a commission within a week

-if i made NSFW art for you, please tag it properly when sharing with others, and DO NOT post it where minors can easily access

-you’re allowed to commission me to draw others ocs only if you have their expressed consent.

-if youre blocked or blacklisted, you’re not allowed to have someone else commission me on your behalf.

BASES

you must always credit me when using them! if doing image credit on toyhouse, ALWAYS CREDIT MY ALT. -- work can be posted off-site if proper credentials are still given
absolutely no NSFW or fetish edits in my bases. -- NSFW edits does not include breasts or non-aroused genitals. do whatever if it isnt sexual.
if there is a watermark on the base, DO NOT REMOVE IT. you can move it around however
all my bases can be used for: personal, reference sheets, custom trades, gifts, adopts sold with art/virtual currency
please ask before using my bases for: selling adopts with real currency (above $25), custom commissions
DO NOT USE MY BASES FOR COMMISSIONS OR FILL-IN YCHS.

EXTRA IMPORTANT INFO:

IF you’re making something for me (in a trade or commission), do know that by default i often will make physical prints of art that’s made for me, to decorate my room and stuff i own. (for example, laminated cards/prints/keychains) PLEASE EXPLICITLY STATE TO ME IF YOU DO NOT WISH FOR YOUR ART TO BR MADE INTO ANY FORM OF PHYSICAL MERCH (that extends to personal use)

i will NEVER EVER use your art for commercial use, or distribute copies of it to others! everything i receive will be strictly for personal use only.
