The High King of the dwarves from the western mountain ranges. He rules over the other clans' kings but swore allegiance to the Empire after it came to his people's aid against the last Green Tide. Many of his subjects don't like that, and the other kings of the mountains use this to pressure his clan out of the throne, even if none of them would have survived the greenskins invasion without the Empire. But the High King is not without defence, his long and prosperous reign gives him the respect of all of the honourable clans, and his Sandsilver clan support him with their legion of heavy infantry equipped head to toes in high quality steel thanks to their bottomless mines.
Plan: Closing their gates and hiding inside their fortresses would be easy, but the dwarves of the Petresh mountains are indebted to the Empire and will answer the call of the final fight against the demons.
