There are many alternate worlds similar to yours, separated by a thin veil. You might find yourself accidentally visiting one before reality remembers out where you really belong and puts you back. I'm from one of those worlds, and due to circumstances I won't get into, I end up shifting into yours often. I thought you all might want to hear about where I'm from.

Girls in my world think they are their boobs. Every one of them completely believes that that their entire being, their soul, identity, and all their emotions, belong to the lumps of fat on their chest.

If you talk to a woman there, she'll wants you to look at her directly, rather than her face or her eyes. They also express themselves with their breasts. It's hard to describe if you don't already know what to look for, but when I or anyone from my world looks at a girl's chest, we can tell how they're feeling by how they hang, how perky they are, the way they're swaying and bouncing, ect. It's hard to tell what they're thinking from their face. They have what you'd call a "vacant smile" or "empty eyes". It seems you all think that sort of thing is unnerving, but it's what I'm familiar with.

As I'm sure you're eagerly guessing, yes, girls going topless is normal. Wearing a bra is seen a bit like wearing a mask is in this world, it restricts their movement which hides their emotions. They can look nice, but you aren't going to see them much outside of costume parties and movies. In the colder seasons, they'll wear a loose shirts or coats with room to jiggle.

The way english is used there is also different. Men there also say "My name is " when refer to their whole body, but boobs there introduce themselves with "My body's name is ". If you're introducing someone else, you don't say their name, you say "'s boobs" A woman is an "it", if you used the world "she" you would only be referring her tits. "She picked up the ball." is wrong. "Her body picked up the ball" or " picked up the ball" is correct. "She grabbed her chest" is a grammatical abomination, the correct way to say it would be "Her body grabbed her". Other languages are similar, placing agency on boobs, and treating the rest of a girl as an object possessed by the boobs.

Boobs can use their mouths to talk, and they do when talking with men, but when talking to each other, they just stand close to each other and jiggle, or use their bodies to press themselves against the other rack that they're talking to.

Now, I know this all sounds weird, but the strangest part of all is that biologically humans in both our worlds are exactly the same, and it has me completely confused. They say a girl's emotions come from her boobs, but there is no actual communication happening between a girl and her brains other than her sense of touch. And like, her brain knows this, and knows that she has to work hard to try to understand what her boobs want her to do. And nobody thinks this is strange. I didn't either until I came to your world.

So when a girl talks to another girl by squishing up against her, both of those girl's heads will usually talk afterwards saying "What do you think our boobs were talking about?", or sometimes they'll just whisper their speculation to eachother while their boobs are still "talking". I'm beginning to think that's how it all works. Girls in my world exactly like girls from your world, except they instinctual project their sense of self their onto their boobs.

All of this has remarkably little effect on how they act. A pair of boobs might decide she wants to be a nurse's chest so she her head crams at medschool. A pair of boobs might decide she wants her body to a stay at home mom, so her body will introduce it's boobs to men on dates hoping to find mr. right. It might explain the blank expressions too, it's hard, but not impossible for me to read girl's faces now that I've seen how they work in this world and connected that they're not that different from men's faces.

To people here, my world probably would be a degenerate paradise. I can't help any of you do it, but I hope if one of you finds your way there that you'd be able to enjoy it.
