Star, you are the best person I have ever crossed pathways with in my lifetime. You filled the void that my biological sister never filled in my childhood. Even when me and her patched up, nothing could ever take away the bond I share with you. You came into my life when I first discovered I was transgender, you came into my life when I entered the stage of confusion and struggles. I made it through it all because of you. You are the reason I am where I am today. I do not know where I'd be, but I think that road is a lot darker without you in it. You are like an angel sent down from heaven. You always know what to say, you always are there for the people around you, and you were always there for me. In my darkest times of life, even when I was in the middle of attempting suicide, I always did something to make the attempts fail because of you. I would've gone through with it, but you showed up in my thoughts like a light in my brain telling me not to do it. Sure, I have plenty of acquaintances and I have my circle of friends, but nobody comes close to how much I cherish you. Nobody matters the way you do. I don't care about anyone the way I care about you. You're better than a biological sister. I look up to you and I always have. Thank you for being there for me, even now. I hope our friendship lasts forever because nothing even beyond life can provoke me to care about anything more than you. I love you mi hermana mayor.
