bullet Moses. Ahmes had a good relationship with Moses before he left Egypt to become the savior of the Hebrew people. Compared to Rameses, Moses interacted a lot more with Ahmes and his siblings and would even playfully tease and roughouse the little boy on occasion. Even after he leaves Egypt, Moses still fondly remembers these interactions and would try to appeal to Rameses' empathy by asking him to think of the boy (as well as Rameses' own son) just before he is about to unleash the Ten Plagues. Ahmes, on the other hand, while initially delighted about Moses' return to Egypt as a changed man, soon grows to fear and even hate him, thinking he cares more about some "lowly slaves" than his "own family".
bullet Rameses II. Ahmes gets along pretty well with Rameses and sees him as one of his older brothers alongside Moses. Although he and Moses were ratted out by Ahmes and his sister when they raced chariots and ended up destroying some statues in construction, Rameses didn't seem to hold any real grudge against the little boy and ended up personally selecting him to be trained as a scribe who would record all of his achievements for posterity. Ahmes thinks very highly of Rameses to the point where he emphatically defends him from Rameses' demands to free his people.
bullet Seti I. Ahmes is terrified of the former pharaoh (before the crown was passed to his son Rameses), but moreso because he is strict and often hard on Rameses than the fact that he literally ordered the deaths of many Hebrew children.
bullet Tuya. Ahmes has a good relationship with the queen of Egypt, though isn't as close to her as his older half-sister is. After all, Ahmes devotes much of his affection to his own mother. Tuya, however, loves Ahmes as much as her own sons, as well as his sisters.
bullet Hotep and Huy.
