Terms of Service for Monke

By inviting Monke ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Monke provides a "userphone" service that connects a text channel in your server to a text channel in a randomly matched, separate Discord server. By using this service, you acknowledge that messages, attachments, and your Discord profile information (username and avatar) will be transmitted and visible to users in other servers.

2. Acceptable Use

By participating in a cross-server call, you agree to abide by Discord's global Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Furthermore, you agree NOT to use the Bot to:

Transmit harassment, hate speech, threats, or severely toxic behavior.
Send sexually explicit content, illegal material, or shock imagery.
Share malicious links, IP grabbers, or phishing scams.
Attempt to bypass the Bot's built-in censorship and link-filtering systems.
Spam the /call or /skip commands to intentionally disrupt the network.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to permanently ban any User or Server from using the Bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Bypassing a Bot ban using alternate accounts will result in all associated accounts and servers being blacklisted.
Our moderation team reviews user-submitted reports to enforce these rules.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Because the Bot connects private servers together, the developers of [Your Bot Name] cannot proactively monitor all messages sent through the service.

We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy or safety of any content transmitted by users.
Server owners are responsible for ensuring the Bot is placed in age-appropriate channels within their own servers.
The developers shall not be held liable for any damages, distress, or server raids resulting from the use of this free service.
