NK Round29 Changes
Welcome to R29 - round of enhancements. Enhancements will start with 2x bigger values and won't grow over time.
Secondary change - unlimited probes and triple probe gains and loss in land grabs.

Enhancements
Only player with highest invested ranking points will have the highest enhancement effect (same as R28).

- Cheaper buildings [up to 20%]

- Military units take less barracks space [up to 20%]
- Flex units die less when attacking [up to 40%]

- Probes Losses reduced [up to 40%]
- Higher percentage of trainable soldiers [up to 40%]
- Cheaper defensive shields [up to 40%]
- Star Mines vault protects more money [up to 40%]
all enhancements yield multiplicative bonuses.
Unlimited probes and triple probe gains (loss)
- Probes growth won't be capped to 24/land (probes to land ratio removed)
- Land grabs will make defender lose and attacker gain 3x more probes (from 3% to 4.2% (war+offensive state)) and make KSs less impactful.
Recent rounds key changes
- No minimal PI cap (removed 1.5 gold/probe minimal income), it may go below 1.0 towards round end (R27).
- Round start PI will remain kind of unchanged, and will stick to 4 gold/probe
- Defensive state gives -20% income disbonus (R26)
- Flag holder receives only income bonus (no pop bonus), and they lose 0 land once they are grabbed and lose the flag.
- VP bonus for each individual kingdom: (R28)
1 - 1000 VP yields up to 20% probes production bonus
1001 - 2000 VP yields up to 10% offensive bonus
2001 - 3000 VP yields up to 10% defensive bonus - Growth state received double multiplicative bonus (cheaper exploration by 25% (75-50-25%) and cheaper buildings by 20%)
