Section 1 — Proper Naming

Subjects are named through a simple but precise format. The first letters and last letters of the subject's
first and second name is taken, and put together to create a simple nickname. The real name of the subject
should not be revealed to them. Strictly refer to them as their created nickname only.

eg. In the case of 29-21-MEL, or, █████la ████ce █ █████
'la' from first name and 'ce' from last name are combined to 'Lace' /las/.
These parts of the name are both last letters. Though, first letters and
middle letters may be used too.

In case of name being not pronounceable, last-first, first-last, middle-first, middle-last are also working and
acceptable combinations for naming. Do not include new letters or use nicknames of the subject prior from
being specimen as reference for naming. Letters must also not be rearranged to create nicknames.

eg. 29-15-KMA should not have her nickname 'Missy' be used when
making a new nickname. It is improper and unreliable as nicknames can contain
letters not within a name prior. Scientists have made the mistake of nearly naming
her "Lily". Which, does contain letters in her name but arranged improperly.

If a name cannot be created, due to subject not having a second name or a name which may be made from the
first name alone, they are permitted to just clip the name of the subject.

eg. For 29-18-QCA, he had no second name or anything from his name ████████ which can be made.
His nickname is simply 'Ruben'.

For naming in file format, It is BATCH-BIRTHDATE-INITIALS. Initials may be first name, second name and last
name but may also be the middle name if there is no second name present.

eg.
29-21-MEL
29-18-KBA

Section 2 — How to speak with specimen.

Please have proper etiquette and decorum when speaking to subjects. Do make sure to also observe if a subject
is acting improperly or distressing to other specimen.

Use only permitted nicknames by the laboratory. Nicknames used outside of the laboratory stay outside.

"Goodmorning, Euni." — Improper. Refers to subject as a name used outside of the premises.
"Goodmorning, Lace." — Proper. Name is approved by laboratory and does not mention anything from outside.
