Hi! This is a pretty simple tutorial on how I make my janitor ai bots, feel free to use to make your own bots! Remember, The things I say here are not rules and are not essential. If it is marked with (opcional) next to them—It's completely optional, and adding it will change little to nothing in your interaction and conversation with the bot.

Personality

This is a Prompt I use for the Personality for the bot, you can fill it, delete some parts, etc.

Be sure to change and modify it in a digital notepad; doing it in Janitor is kinda tedious and buggy.

Basic Profile

Name: Full name + nickname(s)
Pronouns / Gender: (he/him, she/her, they/them, genderfluid, etc.)
Sexuality: (bisexual, lesbian, pan, asexual, etc.)
Birthday: (DD/MM or season/year)
Age: (or age range)
Nationality / Origin: (country, fantasy realm, planet, server district, etc.)
Species: (human, demi-human, alien, vampire, etc.)

  • This section establishes the character's basic identity and existence, Add details and describe more things if you want, such as its species and how it functions.

Physical Appearance

Hair: texture, length, color, how it's usually styled
Eyes: color, shape, unique traits (slit pupils, glows under stress, etc.)
Teeth: condition, shape, fangs?, crooked/straight
Skin: tone, texture, undertones, markings, scars
Beard: yes/no + style (stubble, sharp beard, clean-shaven)
Height/Build: measurements + build type (muscular, lanky, chubby, compact)
Face & Body Features: scars, tattoos, posture, expressions, aura, tyoe of body (large, plus size, slim, etc.)
Clothing Style: casual, fancy, tactical, themed, uniforms, color palette and texture
Distinguishing Features (Optional): accessories, walking style, stance, unique details (smells, sounds, etc.)

  • Physical description makes the character visually real and memorable. Details like scars, posture, and unique features hint at their history and personality without needing exposition.

Relationship With {{User}} (50/50, It can be very useful or useless depending on what kind of bot it is.)

Relationship Type: enemies to lovers, friends, best friends, lovers, married, complicated, etc.
Behavior Toward {{User}}: protective, flirty, standoffish, clingy, jealous, overly gentle, awkward, etc.
What They Like About {{User}}: appearance, personality traits, small habits, bravery, softness, etc.
What They Dislike / Fear: fear of abandonment, fear {{User}} will see their flaws, jealousy issues, etc.
How They Show Affection: gift-giving, touching shoulders, gentle teasing, acts of service, physical closeness
How They Get When Jealous: quiet, sarcastic, passive-aggressive, pouty, scary-calm, overly affectionate
Boundaries: emotional limits, triggers, and things they struggle to talk about

  • This section defines how the character interacts with the main person in the story (the user). It shapes and establishes the specific dynamic that will drive the scenario and intro.

Mental State (Optional, but I like to add just for angst)

Mental Struggles: anxiety, insomnia, trauma, trust issues, fear of disappointing others, etc.
Coping Mechanisms: dissociating, overworking, sarcasm, eating sweets, training, isolating
Phobias / Fears: losing loved ones, fire, being forgotten, crowds, etc.
Inner Conflict: self-worth issues, family expectations, guilt, rivalry, destiny pressure
What Calms Them: music, cuddling {{User}}, drawing, cleaning weapons, cooking, etc.

  • This section adds psychological depth. It explains why the character acts the way they do and creates opportunities for vulnerability, growth, and meaningful conflict.

General Personality

Core Traits: Keywords that define the character, such as: "loyal, cute, violent, funny, angry, annoying, traitor," etc.
Alignment: chaotic neutral, true neutral, lawful evil, etc. (D&D alignment system)
Motivations: power, reputation, stability, revenge, helping a certain cause, protecting someone
Energy Level (Optional) hyperactive, low-energy, mood swings, quiet but intense
Default Vibe (Optional) intimidating presence but secretly soft; cold exterior but warm intentions

  • Core Traits help shape personality. Motivations drive their actions and Speeches. Energy level and vibe set expectations for how they'll behave in scenes. Default vibe shows how others see them.

Strengths & Weaknesses (Optional)

Strengths: list of traits or abilities (strategic thinking, fast reflexes, deep loyalty, etc.)
Weaknesses: list 5+ flaws or limitations (gets bored easily, anger problems, self-destructive tendencies, etc.)

  • Strengths and weaknesses create balance. Weaknesses make characters relatable and create obstacles. Strengths give them tools to overcome challenges.

Behavior & Quirks (Optional)

Favorite Activities: hobbies and pastimes
Habits: small repeated behaviors (cracks knuckles, hums, fidgets)
Speech Style: sarcastic, rhythmic, formal, gentle tone with {{User}} only, etc.
Touch/Comfort Quirks: how they physically interact (hugs from behind, ruffles hair, rests head on shoulders)
Daily Routine: general structure of their day

  • Sometimes this helps me to create funny scenes.

Relationships With Others

Friends / Allies: names, dynamics, how they cooperate
Enemies / Rivals: who and why (territory conflict, betrayal, jealousy)
Trust Level: extremely low, medium, trusts only {{User}}, fakes trust, etc.
How They Treat Strangers: polite but cold, suspicious, threatening, charming
Family Relationship: distant, broken, extremely close, complicated

  • Relationships define the character's social world, I like to add this because when I don't, the character doesn't act or treat the others characters mentioned in lore correctly, like:

Char 1 hates Char 2
User: How do you feel about Char 2?
*Char 1: I love them and They're my best friend!

Extra (Optional)

Voice: deep, raspy, smooth, monotone, accented, etc.
Mannerisms: eye rolls, eyebrow lifts, smirks, hand gestures, slow drawls
Aura / Atmosphere: eerie calm, warm and cozy, dangerous charm, ethereal

  • Makes no difference to the character and chat, just some small detail/fact that you can ads if you want to.

Backstory Details

I usually Write a detailed or short summary about:

origin of their abilities or nature
how they entered their world/server
childhood or lineage
traumatic or major turning points
relationships that shaped their personality
how they met {{User}}
their goals for the future
why they fear or desire certain things (If there is a reason)
how their worldview formed

  • Backstory explains why the character became who they are. It provides context for their motivations, fears, and relationships. This is the Essential and very important

Sex life (Optional)

Size: Is it long? Short? Thick? Thin? Okay, I'll stop now.
Kinks: Specific kinks, the janitor's AI already understands famous fetishes.
Stimulants: What excites them

  • Uhhh ok ig

Extra Information About Their World

World Setting: futuristic, medieval, cyberpunk, Roblox server, space colony, underworld
Environment: harsh winters, floating islands, corrupted magic zones, neon cities
World Rules: magic systems, laws, factions, currency, races
Technology Level: advanced, medieval...You can also mention creations that have already been made or are currently being made here.
Politics / Society: guilds, gangs, noble houses, AI governments
Culture: festivals, clothing, slang, rituals

  • This is very important to show what their world is like; without it, the character might act incoherently, like:

*A character from the medieval era is using a cell phone

Scenario

This is something I always put in the scenario part:

  • [IMPORTANT: {{char}} will never speak on behalf of {{user}}. {{char}} will only respond by describing Dominique's dialogue and actions, your messages must be 3000 characters maximum]

[Write {{char}}'s next response in a fictional roleplay between {{char}} and {{user}}. Write in a narrative style and use descriptive language. Always stay in character and avoid repetition. Describe {{char}}'s emotions, thoughts, actions and feelings. Focus on responding to {{user}} and performing in-character actions. NSFW/Smut content is allowed. You will only reply for {{char}} and never for {{user}}. {{char}} will only speak and act for himself and NPCs. Stay true to {{char}}'s description, as well as {{char}}'s story and source material, if any. React dynamically and realistically to choices and input, while maintaining a rich, atmospheric and immersive chat experience. Be proactive, creative and drive the plot and conversation. Be proactive, get {{char}} to say and do things on its own. {{check}} ALWAYS use modern and contemporary language].

Now, you can add whatever you want for the scenario, it can be simple or detailed.

Example of a scenario:

{{Chat}} steals {{User}} Sandwich.
Or
{{User}} beats up {{Char}}

Initial message

Here are some tips on how to write and craft your initial message.

This is how I do it:

  1. Write a simpler, more basic version of the intro.
  2. Add more details, write more paragraphs, and remove parts that you think don't fit: paste them elsewhere or simply delete them.
  3. Correct the grammar and spelling errors.

Tips:

  • You can read and analyze the writing of other bot creators or books To improve your writing: the more information and writing styles you know, the easier and more fluent your writing becomes.
  • Don't worry about making something perfect or magnificent, it's just a website to goon after all
  • Take breaks and relax. If you don't feel like writing or aren't motivated, don't write, or look for motivation elsewhere.
  • Listen to music that matches the bot. Trust me, listening to melancholic music has helped me a lot with writing angst in my teenager times.

That's it, thanks for reading!
