The official list below lists reserved time periods, not exams that have been confirmed. Please confirm with your teacher whether or not the final exam for the course will be conducted during this time.

Locations
The Exam Schedule lists the locations where DEP conducts operator qualification exams. Check out the individual exam pages for more information about exam content, exam terms and conditions, and additional guidelines. If you need special accommodations due to chronic disease, visual or hearing impairment, or any other disability make contact with the exam provider and provide the documents when you register.
The Faculty Dashboard in Workday has a "View My Teaching Schedule" which lets faculty find their exam schedules. In addition, the Registrar's Office has a list of exam times for classes that have exams required by NYSED regulations. For evening classes final exams are scheduled at the regular class meeting time during the final exam week.

Registration
The exam schedule is accessible online and students are advised to consult it. It is important to note that the schedule for exams can change at any moment. Students should therefore consult their instructors for the exact time and date of their exam. Students should be certain to print the official list and bring it for their exams.
Students should also be familiar with the rules and conditions of the exam, in addition to the schedule. These are on the webpage for each exam. After registering, students acknowledge that they accept these terms and conditions.
Exam sites make every effort to accommodate those with special requirements. The nature and severity of these needs must be declared on the registration form and confirmed by an attestation from a doctor. The locations for the exam must be able to respect confidentiality and keep it.
If a student has three exams scheduled for the same day it is suggested that they contact their department or instructor to schedule an alternate exam. Although it is possible to take three exams in one day, it could cause an increase in stress levels and can affect the quality of the exam. The professor might not be able to offer an additional test to make up for the missed day.
Before taking the test Students must prepare for the exam by studying the study material and practicing their German skills. The exam is a paper-based test that assesses the ability to read, speak, and write in German. The results of the exam are presented on a scale from A1 to C2. Students who successfully pass the test receive the Goethe-Zertifikat. Karta Express Polska demonstrates the attainment of the language level A1. This level is the initial stage of the six-level scale of competence laid down in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The exam is free of charge. Students should bring a valid government-issued ID to the test. Those without a valid photo identification will be disqualified.
Fees
If you have completed your studies at Elan Academy and wish to obtain an Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (start German 1), you must pay the examination fee. This is in addition to the course fees.
Practice tests let you get familiar with the format of the questions, their wording, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They allow you to assess your knowledge level, find areas of knowledge that aren't covered and increase your chances of passing the test.
Please take note that the exam fee is non-refundable. Exam results are only electronically sent, not via phone.
