1. Introduction

Welcome to DJ EVAN! By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

2. Booking & Pricing

-- Price Estimates: The prices listed on our website are estimates only. The final price for your event will be determined by DJ EVAN based on your specific requirements, event location, and other factors.
-- Family & Friends Discount: DJ EVAN offers special discounts for family and friends. Please inquire directly to see if you qualify.
-- Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to secure your date. Full payment is due before or at the event, as agreed upon during booking.

3. Music Policy

-- Song Selection: DJ EVAN maintains a no explicit songs policy and does not play songs containing references to nudity. However, exceptions may be made at the DJ’s discretion if the content is deemed not excessively explicit.
-- Special Requests: Clients are encouraged to submit song requests in advance. DJ EVAN reserves the right to deny any request that does not align with our music policy.

4. Conduct & Clean-Up Fees

-- Client & Guest Conduct: Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests around the DJ booth and equipment.
-- Spill & Clean-Up Charges: If a guest causes a spill (such as a spit drink) near or on the DJ booth or equipment, an additional clean-up charge will apply. The amount will be determined based on the extent of the mess and potential equipment damage.

5. Cancellation Policy

-- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify DJ EVAN as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice given.
-- Rescheduling: Subject to availability, we may accommodate rescheduling requests.

6. Liability

-- Equipment Damage: The client will be held responsible for any damages to DJ EVAN’s equipment caused by negligent or reckless behavior by themselves or their guests.
-- Force Majeure: DJ EVAN is not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, emergencies, etc.).
