Edit 12th May (2) — Update: the related thread discussing these concerns appears to have been removed or hidden. This was the same thread where questions were being raised regarding the situation, screenshots, and alleged involvement. I also noticed posts from genuine users asking about the matter being removed as well, which I personally find concerning.
For transparency, the original thread was:
https://www.reddit.com/r/trackers/comments/1tac6ry/fearnopeer_is_shutting_down/
I have also contacted Reddit regarding this matter and am currently awaiting a response concerning moderation practices, post visibility, and the concerns I raised about potential conflicts of interest.
13th May — Update - (3) A Reddit member claimed that lexical / zakary / glimpseoftruth / seen in the screenshot said that “he didn’t remember why he deleted it in the first place” - however the evidence here disproves that. The deletion appears linked to financial gain rather than neutral moderation, posts are not deleted like this at request, they are paid for. - Album: https://freeimage.host/a/you-forgot-why-you-deleted-them.HHQ8o7?sort=name_asc&page=1
You call me “unhinged” yet with all the evidence now public, even you admitted you would step down. Many users have asked for the subreddit to be cleaned up and moderated fairly.
I am nothing like you. I do not secretly promote myself through alt accounts, manipulate discussion, engage in vote manipulation and deception, remove criticism for personal benefit, or pretend to be neutral while financially benefiting behind the scenes.
And yes, I was banned from OpenSignups by your friend bakerboi for alleged “manipulation and deception” — accusations I strongly dispute and believe were used deliberately to limit FNP’s growth and damage its reputation.
Maybe he should also consider stepping down, or putting the subreddit back into blackout mode again, because the amount of alleged corruption, conflicts of interest, selective enforcement, and coordinated behaviour now being exposed is becoming impossible to ignore.
It is difficult to take accusations of “deception” seriously from people operating alt accounts, controlling narratives, removing criticism, and engaging in undisclosed relationships behind the scenes while presenting themselves as neutral moderators.
https://www.reddit.com/r/trackers/comments/1puj1tf/comment/nwk6zyg/ -Here is you promoting your own account and talking yourself up through alts while members did not even know lexical / zakary / glimpseoftruth are the same person. That is not normal moderator behaviour. It is deceptive, dishonest, and extremely strange behaviour from someone accusing others of being unstable.
What you likely expected was that I would return asking why these posts suddenly became visible again, along with questions about the other issues surrounding FNP, and that another arrangement or “plan” could be worked out involving financial pressure yet again.
As previously stated, I would rather not have a site at all than be financially extorted, manipulated, or controlled by moderators, their friends, or communities where corruption and conflicts of interest appear to be tolerated behind the scenes.
Reddit moderation and the named individual lexical / zakary / glimpseoftruth /
Additional community members and tracker staff repeatedly referenced in public discussion threads include chevron, bakerboi, HDVinnie, and Nelso. I am not asserting misconduct by these individuals directly, though Chevron, HDVinnie, and bakerboi were repeatedly referenced in discussions surrounding these concerns. In Nelso’s case, questions were raised publicly regarding apparent frustration or disagreements involving lexical / zakary / glimpseoftruth in relation to FNP. Their names are therefore being noted solely because they appeared within the wider public discussions surrounding these events. (Nelso = Sysop of BLU)
I am adding this section because a top-pinned moderator comment from ''lexical / zakary / glimpseoftruth /'' on a recent FNP-related thread contains statements that contradict what I directly know to have happened, and contradicts that individual's own previously stated positions, which are also captured in the screenshots.

In the album you can all see below, The individual states in their own words that they "extorted the fuck" out of ''someone''. I take them at their word on that. Again, those are their words, not mine, captured in the screenshot.
The album below contains additional screenshots showing the same individual moderating FNP-related discussion in ways that contradict their previously stated positions, leaving up commentary that was previously removed when payments were active.

Notable items in the album: a negative Google search result about FNP that had previously been removed from the relevant subreddit along with others reappeared in the days or weeks before i reached my final breaking point. The timing of that reappearance, after an extended period during which it had remained unavailable, is, in my reading, consistent with the broader pattern described in this addendum and in Section 3 of the main statement. The removal-and-reappearance pattern is documented in the album for the reader to examine and draw their own conclusions.
I am not going to characterise the relationship between this individual and any other party named in the main statement as now we have more names coming into play and screenshots. I am also not going to assert that any present-day Reddit moderator is currently being paid by anyone. What I am putting on record is the observable pattern across the screenshots:
During the period in which I was paying this individual personally (Section 3 of the main statement), critical posts about FNP were removed.
After payments stopped, similar critical posts have remained visible and unchallenged.
Whether that pattern reflects a current arrangement, a past arrangement, an entirely independent moderation decision, or coordination with any other named party in my main statement - is not for me to assert. The screenshots are public. The contradictions are visible to anyone who opens the album. Readers can reach their own conclusions.
I will note only this, in my own words and as my own perspective: a community in which one person collects money privately while controlling visibility of related discussion publicly is not, in my view, the volunteer moderator role that subreddit users are led to believe they are reading from.
