Privacy Policy for ONEWORLD TECH Games

Effective date: October 1, 2026

ONEWORLD TECH respects your privacy. This policy applies to the Google Play games published by ONEWORLD TECH that link to this policy (the Games). It explains what happens to information when you play a Game or contact us. If a particular Game has different features or data practices, its own privacy notice must describe them before those features are used.

1. Who is responsible?

Data controller: ONEWORLD TECH
Postal address: MALABARE, 133 RUE DU FAUBOURG SAINT-DENIS 75010 PARIS, France
Privacy and support email: [email protected]

2. Data handled by the Games

The Games are intended to work without ONEWORLD TECH collecting, transmitting, or sharing personal data from gameplay. We do not create player accounts or receive your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers, gameplay analytics, or advertising identifiers through the Games. We do not use personal data from the Games for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.

A Game may store settings or progress on your device. Such on-device information is not sent to ONEWORLD TECH. You can generally remove app-local data using your device's app settings or by uninstalling the Game; your operating system's backup or restore features may behave separately under your platform provider's terms.

If a Game includes third-party libraries or services that collect or transmit personal information, this statement will no longer be accurate and we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before publishing that version. In particular, platform services, ads, analytics, crash reporting, cloud saves, purchases, and embedded web content must be assessed separately if introduced. We do not claim that Google Play or your device operating system collects no data under its own policies.

3. If you contact us

If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it only to answer your request, provide support, and address privacy or safety concerns. Please do not send sensitive personal information in support messages.

Our legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is our legitimate interest in answering messages and resolving support requests. We do not use your message for marketing. We normally delete support correspondence within 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is necessary for a legal claim or legal obligation. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to those exceptions.

Email delivery and storage providers necessarily process the correspondence to provide their services. We do not publish or sell your messages. Your email provider and ours may process messages and related technical data under their own policies, including outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer is our responsibility, we will use an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism. Email is not guaranteed to be completely secure in transit; do not include sensitive information.

4. Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or another competent supervisory authority. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise your rights. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own correspondence. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If we have no data about you from gameplay, we cannot provide or delete gameplay data that never reached us.

Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. You may contact us using the same email address to make a request; we do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Children

The Games are not designed to collect personal data from children. If a child or parent sends us a message, we use the information only to respond and handle the request, and delete it as described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us that should be removed, contact us. Any Game directed to children must also comply with the applicable children's privacy, age-rating, and Google Play Families requirements; this policy does not replace those obligations.

6. Security and changes

Because the Games are intended not to transmit personal data to us, we do not keep gameplay personal data on our servers. We take reasonable steps to protect support correspondence, but no method of electronic communication is perfectly secure.

We will update this policy if the Games' features, providers, or data practices change. The effective date at the top will change when the policy is updated. Material changes affecting data collection will be disclosed as required before the new processing begins.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or write to ONEWORLD TECH, MALABARE, 133 RUE DU FAUBOURG SAINT-DENIS 75010 PARIS, France.
