I'm mentally ill and neurodivergent, i have ADHD, MDD, CPTSD from past COCSA and a very recent one too, which i don't really like talking about but it's important to know before-hand to avoid conversations that might trigger those memories. i'm still in process of recovering, so i really appreciate you all having respect and having no commentaries about this, i prefer these type of things stay with me only and my psychiatrist. even if comfort from friends might be necessary for others, from my part i actually don't like it.
