PageCraft Notes is designed to process webpage text locally in your browser.

Data We Process

When you click the extension, PageCraft Notes reads the visible text, page title, page URL, and meta description of the active tab so it can generate notes and copy-ready text.

Data We Do Not Collect

PageCraft Notes does not collect, sell, transmit, rent, or share personal data. This version does not use a remote server, analytics service, advertising network, or third-party AI API.

Local Processing

All summary and formatting features run locally in the browser. Generated notes remain on your device unless you choose to copy or paste them somewhere else.

Permissions

PageCraft Notes requests activeTab and scripting permissions so it can read the current webpage only after you click the extension. It does not run continuously on every page.
