Petals?
The two younglings walked around the park, the boy pushing the girl's wheelchair around. They were silent, the girl smiling nervously, but the boy frowning a slight bit. They go forth, until they spot a locked away garden, which has a sign at the front that says "Blocked by the S.C.P Foundation, do not cross.". There were large metal fences that stopped anybody from jumping into the garden.
"S.C.P Foundation? Don't they contain anomalies or sum?" Questions the boy, stopping at the front of the gates.
"Yeah... They were mentioned in my history class." Says the girl, putting a hand in her chin.
They take a closer look at the garden, but a voice shouts at them. "WARNING: DO NOT WALK CLOSER. A TEAM OF MOBILE TASK FORCE MEMBERS WILL BE INFORMED OF YOUR LOCATION IF YOU DO SO." Says the mysterious manly voice.
"Aw, gee." Mutters the boy, looking around the place they stood in. There was a red line further into the entrance, which was presumably the limit of how close they could get.
"I think we should go..." Says the girl. "I'm tired, honey." She continues.
The boy started to walk, but he then spots a mysterious flower past the red line. They we're [NON-PERCEIVABLE INFORMATION] colored, and stood high, bending a feet off the ground. The boy hesitated, but then smirked at the girl.
"Wanna see me do something crazy?" He asks, trying to look tough as he passes the red line and picks up the flower. The voice speaks again: "PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THE ANOMALOUS OBJECT FURTHER. A TEAM OF MOBILE TASK FORCE MEMBERS ARE ON THEIR WAY.". The boy just scoffed, "I wanna see them stop me from proving my strength." He said, as he picked up the flower.
"Fred! Stop! They're going to catch us!" The girl shouted, as the boy came back.
"You're overreacting, sweetheart. Look at what I got you." The boy sticks out his hand, showing the flower. But suddenly, the petals of the flower exploded off of the anthers. They gracefully fall onto the girl's thighs' skin, landing and latching onto them. The boy stepped back, surprised.
The flowers, once in contact with her thighs, started to make the skin on her legs turn a [NON-PERCEIVABLE INFORMATION] color, like a growing bruise. The girl started to panic, as so did the boy, who tried wiping the petals off of her skin. All of a sudden, a trio of Mobile Task Force soldiers walked into scene, one of them flashing a light at the two younglings. They looked panicked as the petals completely covered her legs, even if she didn't feel the pain.
"Can you guys please help her?!" The boy says, but the MTF shoot the both of them with tranquilizers.
A worried mother looks at the doctor. "Are you sure this is the only way to save her?!"
"The DNA of centipedes have the antidote to her disease. I'm sorry, ma'am, but it's the only way we can keep her alive." Says the doctor.
The mother started to cry, holding her face in her hands.
