THE GRAND WHEEL OF POKEMON CHALLENGE RUN AUTISM
Intended for use with almost any game, whether it's an official game, fangame, or romhack, but some games will have more viable wheels/challenges than others.
How to use: Spin the first wheel to pick a category, then spin the corresponding wheel to select a specific challenge restriction; you may only use mons that meet the challenge's requirement.
See notes at bottom for more information and clarifications..
Spin the wheel as many times as you want, I can't stop you from making your challenge as simple or as complex as you want.
If you roll multiple times, then you can choose whether you'll allow mons from both rolled challenges, or only mons that meet both challenges at the same time. For your sanity, please don't choose the latter option if you rolled twice on the monotype wheel, or if you rolled 3 or more times.
You get one pity reroll if it's obvious that it'd be impossible to beat your chosen game with the given restrictions, or if your restrictions don't have any legal mons before the first badge, unless you want to trade/cheat a "legal" starter in.
You can also skip rolls that'd result in challenges you wanted to do anyways.
These are all in plain text for importing into https://wheeldecide.com.
If you wanna suggest things, send me fanmail/hatemail, or tell me about your runs using these wheels, write it in a .txt file and upload it here: https://mega.nz/filerequest/qtNsS-vtn6Q

Notes:
If you get something not possible in the game you're playing, you're free to reroll. (Examples include monodark in a Kanto game, any monoregion results in a game with an all fakemon/fakeform dex, or wonderlockes in a game without a wonder trade feature)
Monotypes can, at your discretion, permit or disallow mons that aren't strictly part of a type, but have a form which becomes that type in another form, such as mega evolutions.
Monoletter wheel means that you can only use mons with names starting with a given letter; for example, if you roll an S, you can use Sandslash, Starmie, Staraptor, Samurott, etc. God help you if you get a Q, X, Y, or Z as your only options. This is normally based on the final evolution, but you can use NFEs if they match a letter you can use.
Monoregion wheel specifies the region of origin for a given mon. If its evolutionary line goes across generations, then it counts as any of them. Whether regional forms count as the original mon's generation or the generation they were introduced in is up to personal judgement.
Monocolor wheel allows shinies, but only ones that match your selected color. Deliberately changing shiny palettes (like with file replacement) or debugging/save scumming mons to be shiny is not allowed.
If a mon is multiple colors, or is ambigiously colored (teal, grey, magenta, etc) then leave it to your own judgement what it counts as.
Tier-based restrictions are relative to the generation you're playing. Check https://www.smogon.com/dex/ and go to the relevant tier for your generation to see what you can use. Mons in a tier's banlist count as the tier above. For fangames/romhacks, use the latest generation it has content for.
As the RU tier doesn't exist in gens 2 through 4; if you roll that tier in one of those games, either count it as NU or reroll.
Since the PU tier didn't exist in generation 5 and earlier when they were the active generation, you can skip it if you're playing a game before generation 6. Same applies with ZU in gen 8 games or earlier.
If you're playing a game that's nominally generation 8/9 in terms of content, but has mons dexcut in the relevant gen's official games, either use their most recent tiering, or consult the appropriate generation's natdex metagame tiering. (note: natdex's usage tiers only go down to RU)
When told to pick random mons, use https://randompokemon.com and write down every mon it picks, up to the allowed amount. You are allowed to use the resulting mons and their evolutionary lines when playing the game. If they don't exist in your chosen game, you may reroll them.
You may get 1 HM slave if none of your legal mons can learn a HM you need to progress. You may not use it in battle.
