note on solo stanning
i solo stan doyoung minghao & vernon for reasons that are legitimate to me. feel free to dm if you're curious why (limited to same-bias oomfs & close-enough oomfs).
formerly nctzen/127zen until late 2023/early 2024, was never a carat.
i do NOT care about arguments against solo stanning, group stans playing moral high ground does not work on me. "doyoung calls his fans czennies" awesome good for him
solo stanning ≠ i hate the other members, there are others i'm very much fond of in nct/svt (or formerly in nct now ig...) i just don't stan them
i'm ok with nctzens/127zens/carats following me as long as you're ok with the above! i usually have selective follow back for doppus. I am very much fine with all doppus as long as you act like you actually like doyoung iykwim.
ok with solo 8stars & dollys (if they even exist on this app) as long as you don't hate the other one i stan
i'm heavily seulgi-biased & might repost content from solo stans from time to time (i also don't bother to check) but i do like ot5 red velvet. I don't like rv subfandoms fighting so i stay out of the fandom shenanigans most of the time.
i'm pretty big on ot8 ateez so i'm less tolerant of atz solos, but i also don't dismiss solo/subfandom concerns & complaints simply bc they're solos (& i don't like when atinys do that). even if i'm an atz group stan i don't really like a lot of atinys (more on this later).
note on shipping/fanfiction
i am generally not a fan of rps & that's mainly for the heavily fictionalized nsfw projections on real people aspect of it. also massively dislike when people take their rps stuff too seriously (e.g. if it's more about shipping & fanfiction than it is about the music & artists you claim to like, or if you overanalyze normal interactions between friends/colleagues to fit your shipping agenda)
i'd be lying to say i don't have kpop duo dynamics i like & don't mind some fluff/downlow more-than-friendship interpretations of (in other words, if the fan art is good i can appreciate it), but for me there's a line somewhere i just would not want to cross. also major ick from people who bring up rps stuff to idols' faces, i genuinely believe that's very rude & problematic & you should be ashamed.
note on fan wars:
I do sometimes dabble in fan wars to defend my faves (mostly doyoung), i can be shady when provoked.

some of the groups i used to stan/keep up more with include aespa (ningning biased), shinee (key biased), exo (it's a mess but i still have fondness for kai suho & xiumin), twice (was jihyo biased now i like mina more)
also love f(x) music & onlyoneof (yoojung biased but it's complicated)
