Bookmarker's Tags Guide

I tend to use my bookmarks as a rec list for friends; I also simply like being able to find what I'm looking for lol
... And my brain can't help but go overboard when organizing data and whatnot, hence the rather extensive tagging system.

Note: Ship tags apply to the Primary/Endgame Ship(s) of a fic, I don't use them for background relationships.
(This allows for easier filtering for finding fics about x/y, not just fics that include x/y. Make sense?)

Fandom Specific Tags
Call of Duty | Dragon Age
Marvel | Teen Wolf | Witcher

Primary Tags

  • Art : when a work or series is just (fan)art; does not apply to fics that also feature fanart
  • Comic : when a work is a story in comic format (fancomic, if you will); not mutually exclusive with the Art tag
  • Fanvid : when a work is a video/video edit, including (fan)trailers - videos to promote a fic concept or an existing fic

  • Over 1mil : when a work or series' wordcount exceeds one million (1mil)
  • Series : when a bookmark is for a series rather than a single work
(Rando note: if a wordcount tag (Over 100k/etc) precedes the Series tag, that means it applies to the first work in that series)
  • Under 10k : when a work or series' wordcount is less than ten thousand (10k)
  • WIP : when a work is incomplete; not applied to series unless it contains an unfinished / yet-to-be finished work
