I recommend reading my previous chapter before this one.
Ava and Daniel have been dating for nine months today and they're going on a date tonight to celebrate. It should be me driving her to the best restaurant in town and buying her meal and...
The thoughts of her with Daniel come flooding through me and I feel myself get hot with rage. I've tried everything I can think of to break them up. I tried installing dating apps onto his phone, plant girl's clothes in his room and car, text him while Ava is alone with his phone saying things like "come play ;)" and I've tried doing the same with Ava's things. I don't understand why they have to be such a strong couple when he's not right for her.
I count to ten and then count again, still unable to calm myself down. Maybe I'll have to take it one step further.
I look to my right and see a woman standing on the street across from the restaurant Ava and Daniel are at. I can't tell who she's watching, but I think it's them. She looks my way and we make eye contact.
"Hey, what are you doing?" I ask her. She looks startled that I talked to her, but I move closer anyways. She takes a step back, so I stop.
"N-nothing, what are you doing?" She almost yells. A couple people look our way, confused as to why these two people are yelling at each other while so far away.
"Making sure my- friend- is doing alright on her date."
"That's a little stalker-ish, don't you think?" she laughs and takes a step forward. This is such a weird conversation, but I don't know how to get out of it without leaving. I don't want to leave them alone.
"I don't think so. I saw you staring as well, what's your excuse?"
"Well, um, my boyfriend and I are in an open relationship and he's on a date with another girl," she winces, knowing how stalker-ish that sounds compared to my excuse.
"Talk about stalking," I laugh lightly.
"What's your friend's name?"
"Um, Ava," I say, not knowing why I'm telling her the real name of the woman I love.
"I-is she with... Daniel?"
"Y-yeah... she is..." I say, "How did you know that?"
"Because Daniel is my boyfriend."
"Daniel has another girlfriend? Oh, Ava is gonna be pissed," I smile, forgetting that I have someone watching me. We're a lot closer now, only a few feet apart. It seems like we have drifted toward one another, almost magnetically.
"Why are you smiling? Oh... you like Ava!"
"N-no, I don't!" I say defensively.
"Mhm, sure. Want to make them jealous?"
"Well, we can make Daniel jealous if you'd like but I don't like Ava, okay?"
"Sure, um, what's your name?"
"Jacob, what's yours?" I can't seem to lie to her as easily as I normally could.
"Josephine. Come on, let's go get some dinner."
Jacob and I walk into the restaurant and get a table close, but not too close, to the table Ava and Daniel are sitting at. Soon, though, Jacob and I are talking so much, we forget about watching them. When I remember to look back, they're gone and another couple has taken their place.
"Shit, they're gone!" I almost yell. Luckily, no one looks over at us.
"Shit, I didn't even notice. I was too busy talking to you," Jacob says. He gets a funny look on his face and I look at him concerned.
"You okay?" I ask.
"Yeah, just confused. I honestly have never been able to do this with anyone before. Not even Ava."
"What do you mean?" I lean in slightly.
"I mean, I don't get lost in conversation that I forget what I came to do. We came to watch over them, and got lost in each other."
I get up quickly, scared of the feelings I have all of a sudden.
"Um, I have to go," I grab my purse and leave him alone in the restaurant.
When I get home, I decide to do some research on this Jacob guy. I have a fake account that I follow Ava on, so I go to her Instagram and search through her pictures. I don't see any of her with Jacob until I get deeper into her Instagram. There, I see pictures of him in the background, looking at Ava like he wants to eat her. It's super creepy and I have to look away quickly. If it was one photo, it'd be weird, but not crazy. But almost every other photo of Ava in public, Jacob is there somewhere. In a reflection in a window, behind her just a yard or two, sitting down at the next table. But never next to her. Never by her side, smiling at the camera with her. There's no way they're such good friends that he watches over her AND there's no pictures of her.
I check who she's following and can't find any Jacob at all who she follows. I look for Jake and even try different spellings of Jacob, still there's no one. I try not to freak out. Hopefully I didn't spend the evening talking with Ava's stalker.
I move onto Ava's Facebook. I look at her friends and can't find any Jacob that looks anything like the Jacob that I met today.
I think Ava has a stalker...
I shouldn't have told Josephine my real name. I should have kept the lie that I told myself I'd tell anyone who asked me who I was while I was watching Ava. Fuck.
That's when I get a notification that a 'Josephine Adams' wants to follow me on Instagram. I can't believe I was so stupid as to let ehr know who I was. Now she has my personal information. I have no idea how she was able to find me on Instagram, I guess women have their ways.
I accept the request and request to follow her back. She accepts almost instantly and sends me a DM. I check it and my heart stops for a beat.
"I know that you and Ava aren't friends. Why are you stalking her?"
"It's not stalking if you love them and just want the best for them," I almost yell out loud.
"I'm not stalking her. Why are you so interested in this, anyways?"
"I saw her Instagram. I know that she doesn't follow you and that you don't follow her. But somehow you're in almost every single photo of hers while she's in public, just in the background. Explain that."
This bitch is really getting on my nerves. She better not tell Daniel about this.
Wait, why does she care so much about Ava? She said her and Daniel are in an open relationship, but I've never seen her come over to his house. And I have surveillance at his place.
"Explain why Daniel has pictures of Ava on his Instagram and why there are no pictures of you," I retort.
She doesn't answer, only leaves me on read. Interesting.
After a few days, I get a call from an unknown number.
"Meet me where we first met in an hour," is all the woman says before hanging up. I can't place the voice at first, but then remember Josephine. I quickly get my stuff ready and haul ass to the place where Josephine and I first met.
I sit on a bench just a few feet away from where I saw Josephine standing just a couple days ago.
"Jacob?" comes a voice from behind me. I turn around quickly and see Josephine. She's all dressed up and looking beautiful. More beautiful than, dare I say it, Ava ever has to me. I haven't been able to get Ava out of my mind since I first met her, but Josephine has changed that over the last couple of days.
I stand up and look at her properly, "Josephine."
"I-I think I want to try being with you," she says. My heart skips a beat, then another, and finally I can catch my breath.
"I think I want that, too," I reply, leaning in to kiss her.
Her lips are even sweeter than I could've imagined, and I plan on getting rid of my surveillance in Ava and Daniel's homes when I get back to my place. That is, if I get there alone. I feel sparks flying through the air and I'm surprised people aren't oohing and awing at the show we're putting on. It's cheesy and it's corny and it's cliche... but it feels better than any kiss ever has. Better than I imagined my first kiss with Ava to be.
"Take me to your place?" I ask Jacob after I pull away reluctantly from his kiss.
"I had the same idea," he smiles.
I follow him to his car since I walked here from my place and he opens the passenger door for me. I blush and he climbs into the driver's side of his car.
"Sorry it's a little messy, I didn't expect company here."
"Just drive" I say, more commanding than I meant. He obliges quickly and suddenly we're walking through his doorway. He kisses me against the door and I feel like I'm floating. It's horribly romantic and if I wasn't in it, I'd be gagging from disgust.
He grabs my legs and lifts me up to his height, kissing me passionately again. I couldn't even imagine Daniel being strong enough to kiss me and carry me to his bedroom like Jacob is doing right now.
Suddenly, all I can think about is what Jacob is going to do to me, and I forget the other one's name... I think it started with a "D", or maybe an "E". It doesn't matter now.
Jacob lays me on his bed and I pull his shirt over his head. I can tell he showered just before we met because he smells like men's body wash so clearly and deliciously.
"I want you so bad, Josephine," he says. I groan in pleasure as he undoes my pants. I pull off my shirt as he pulls off my pants, my panties coming right along with them. He reaches behind me to unclasp my bra as I unbuckle his belt and push his pants down with my feet. He smiles when I see that he isn't wearing boxers and I groan again when his cock touches the outside of my pussy.
Jacob chuckles when he hears my groans and asks in a deep voice, "Are you ready for me?"
"More than ever," I reply. He shoves his cock so deep inside me, I'm surprised I don't feel it at my cervix. He stretches me wide and I know I'll never be able to get this pleasure from another cock ever again. That man that I was so obsessed with- Evan or something- is no longer a worry in my brain.
"Fuck, Josephine. You feel amazing," he says as he pumps inside me slowly. I can feel his thrusts become more powerful as he gets more and more excited.
"And so do you," I reply. I reach down and touch my clit, which almost sends me over the edge. Jacob stops suddenly and chuckles.
"Please don't cum yet, or I will cum too. And I'm not done with you yet."
I smile up at him and he wraps his arms around me, pulling me close before spinning us around so he's on his back and I'm on top.
"Show me what you can do," he smiles up at me and I begin to ride him. I bounce on his cock, happy his bed is firm and not bouncy, which would make riding him like this difficult.
He growls as I rotate my hips while moving up and down.
"Fuck, you feel so good inside me," I moan.
"You're so fucking tight, baby. I might cum soon whether I'm done with you or not."
I reach down to my clit and cum almost instantly. Jacob growls louder and uses his hands to shove my hips against his, cumming deep inside me. He cums so much, it overflows my pussy and leaks onto his balls and onto the bedspread.
"Fuuuuck," he moans, letting go of my hips and relaxing his body.
"That was fucking amazing," I reply, falling next to him and cuddling his chest as his seed drips out of my freshly fucked pussy.
"Fuck yeah it was," he pants. He wraps his arm around me and we fall asleep like that. I know this will last, unlike what Evan and I would've had.
It's been six months, and I've already decided I'm going to marry Josephine. She's everything I've ever wanted and more, as corny as that is. Anna, or whatever her name is, is nothing but a mere fading memory in my mind. I've forgotten all about what she looked like and I was so into her in the first place.
Josephine is the only one for me.
