Reading Life's Challenges

While I read a lot of different things, I often turn to books when facing specific challenges I do not know how to resolve. Although these topics are frequently discussed in videos and lectures, I find books offer the depth I prefer.

Below are several areas I have navigated, along with the books that have helped me understand and address them.

This is ordered from the most accessible (⭐), and as it goes down the list, it becomes more and more academic and philosophical.

Some books are shown in more than one category also, where applicable.
