Riveus Mau Lim is a Filipino-Chinese dance prodigy that resides in Haraya Residences, Pasig, Philippines. She grew up in a disciplined environment that emphasized structure and presentation, but she naturally gravitated toward expressive and fast-moving forms of creativity. Although she comes from a Filipino-Chinese background, she became more fluent in English and Tagalog than Chinese, which shaped how she communicates and connects with others across different spaces. She started dancing at a young age and built a reputation for precise, controlled performances that still carried personality and attitude. For Mau, dance became a way to express herself without needing to explain anything in words.

As her career grew, she expanded beyond performing and eventually built her own dance studio in Taguig called RIVER, which developed into one of the most recognized dance academies globally. The studio became known for its high-level flow of training, disciplined environment, and strong influence on both local and international dancers, cementing her role not just as a performer but also as a creator of platforms for others.

Outside of dance, Mau has a strong interest in cars, particularly Ferraris, and owns two of them with Roma Spider as her favorite. Her connection to cars is personal rather than status-driven; she learned enough to appreciate their engineering and treats driving as a private routine. She often takes them for a drive at night, valuing the quiet and control it gives her. Confident, playful, and socially easy to read, Mau comes across as approachable, but she keeps her personal life guarded and selective about who she lets close. Whether on stage, in her studio, or on the road, she is most comfortable when she is in motion and fully in control of her direction.
