“Incog, get back here!” I hear my mother call out as she chases after my little brother. For what must have been the eleventh time today, the little bastard had slipped free of her hand and shot off through the busy crowds of the park. I almost feel bad for her. Almost.
He screeches in that high pitched tone I came to hate from the moment he was born.“I wanna ride the Rocking Deer! I wanna ride the Rocking Deer!” For being so small, he was fast, I had to give him that. Weaving this way and that through all those people and almost getting ran over more than once by some lard ass in a scooter, I just simply shrugged. It’s not my problem, I didn’t even want to be here anyway, I fucking hate this place. It’s all so bright and kiddy and sickly sweet. Yuck. I’m far too old for that baby shit, but here I am, dragged out on another ‘family outing’.
Dad is some big wig at the company, don’t ask me what he does. I don’t know and I don’t care. It’s some executive thing where he spends half the year away on golfing trips with other executives. Probably jerking each other off for all I know. Once in a while he has a meeting or whatever, and it’s here, at the park. Usually he just goes by himself and that’s that, but this year? Oh no, my little shit stain of a brother was old enough to be considered self aware, so mom insisted that we all go to the park together for a vacation since we can get the full VIP experience courtesy of the company. I told them I didn’t want to come. I insisted, I argued I even begged…
And here I am.
God I’m too old for this, but mom wouldn’t hear it. I never liked any of that Guinevere stuff. It was all forced positivity and junk. Everything was so happy happy and uber positive. It wanted to make me barf. I wish I was back home, playing video games and telling strangers to kill themselves. “You come back here right this instant young man!” Aaaaand there went mom, lost amongst the people. I shrugged. Like I said, not my problem. Then I began to wander.
Everywhere I looked it was all smiling faces, brightly lit signs, pictures of Guinevere. The same stuff I had seen every ten steps across the entire park, only a slightly different theme. Mermaids, cowboys, black and white yadda yadda. The same corpo slop copy pasted with a different skin. And here was the bog standard Guinevere since we were in the central area of the park. Regular old princess Guinevere who is whatever you want to self project onto. I get sick of, well, everything around me and a sudden urge to get away from it all just competently over takes me. Too many people, too many lights. It’s all just overwhelming, ya know? I find a small side street amongst the central facade and head down it. Nothing down here save for some vending machines at the far end where it stops abruptly in a wall designed to look like more old timey store fronts.
Thankfully there’s no people down here, but it was still a constant cacophony coming from the end where the flowing ocean of visitors heaved to and fro. I carried on walking, heading towards the vending machine. Might as well get a snack. We all have wristbands, like everyone else at the park, only ours are mat black. Executive class, premium shit that give us special access to pretty much anything from direct ride hoping to food, both casual and dining. Just gotta wave it in front of the vending machine and I can have my pick. Suppose that’s one perk I can enjoy. But then I notice something as I reach the row of snack dispensers to my left. This street isn’t a dead end. There’s a gap, a narrow one about a persons length if they stretch their arm out that connects to the next side street. It’s still got the full facade treatment with fake businesses and the like. Huh. They really do go all out I suppose. I glance down the street I came and catch sight of my mom looking this way and that. No thank you. Just like that I dash through the narrow gap and head to the next street over.
It’s surprisingly quieter here behind it all, almost like there’s some noise dampening or something. It’s also kind of dim. There’s no lights or anything back here, but then why would there be? It would just be a waste of energy. Whatever, I’m thinking way too hard about it.
The closer I get to the other end of the narrow passageway, the more I notice this next street is a bit different. It looks like it also has the same dead end like the previous street, but as I close the last few feet, I start to notice that directly opposite, there isn’t the usual wooden store fronts selling ‘general goods’ or ‘fine tobacco’ but a concrete wall painted with glittering stars and clouds that seemed to move of their own volition. The concrete wall seems to stretch a few meters, rising up in a slant from the floor like...like a tunnel with the opening built into the side of it, complete with swirling clouds and holographic rainbows hovering around it, like some entrance to a demented schizo hell.
I round the corner and stop suddenly in my tracks.
There in the mouth the tunnel with their back to me was a tall slender figure.
Grey skin.
Blue poofy hair.
No mistaking it. I had deliberately avoided coming into contact with one of those stupid robots the entire time I was here.
But there was no avoiding it now.
It was her.
“Guinevere.” I mutter without even thinking. I didn’t even bother to keep the disdain from my voice. The tall figure stopped for less than half a second, if even that, it was like a blur the way she suddenly spun around to face me with perfect precise gracefulness. The entrance to the tunnel closed as a bolted reinforced steel sheet suddenly slammed into place right before changing to a blue hue with more stars and rainbows materialising and blending it in with the rest of the tunnel.
I wish I kept my mouth shut.
“Oh Anon, how good it is to finally meet you.” She beams with a smile. She strode as she spoke and by the fourth she was already in front of me. She even dropped to one during that last one. Fucking kneeling in front of me like I’m some snot snot twerp! I mean yeah I guess she was still foot taller than me but whatever. Her hands came out and took gently took my own, raising them up before us both as she continued to smile. “I had the honour of meeting your wonderful little brother and mother earlier today.” Oh yeah, I think that was Incog escape number six. Or was it four? The grey lady ran her thumbs repeatedly over the tops of my hands in a soothing gesture. They were so soft...and warm. Her head titled ever so slightly as she spoke, that smile that assured ‘everything will be alright’ never leaving her face all the while. Fuck it was like when I was little again and my mom was helping me after a scrapped knee.
“I so do hope they are enjoying their time at the park, as I hope you are too Anon. After all, this is a land for dreams and happiness, meant you as well as I.” She seemed to lean just an inch closer to me, staring down at me with those large blue orbs, like miniature nebulas, I swear I could see star light glitter and gleam in them and-I pull my hands away suddenly, turning to look off to the side with a sigh,
“Yeah whatever, eugh, why am I even talking to you? You’re basically just a glitter covered toaster.” At this point I just want her gone. I wish I never stopped her from going into that tunnel. Could I walk away? Yes. Would I? Fuck that, this was my little out of the way spot. I’m not gonna let some blue haired bitch take that from me. “Don’t you have like...wranglers or something? Why are you even talking to me alone anyway?” That was a good point. Mascots regardless of where you are tending to have a person or two with them, usually to keep the kids a safe distance before they throw up on the expensive costume or to help guide the poor bastard stuck in there while they walk around.
“Oh my assistants?” Guinevere simply laughed softly in that sing song voice of hers and raised a dainty finger to point out towards the obvious crowed. “A guest seemed to have gotten into a spot of...bother, and so they told me to go a head while they lend a helping hand.” Through a brief gap in the masses, I caught sight of two park workers stood by an ornate iron railing fence. Some fat kid had gotten himself stuck between the bars and they were currently in the process of trying to push him out. The blob with legs didn’t seem to care much, even as they heaved and pushed, he simply lay there, lapping up ice cream, chocolate by the looks of it, with half of the processed sugary slop smeared around his face.
“Wow…”
Suddenly the android righted herself. One arm under that considerable bosom, the other poking her cheek as she pouted. Holy fuck she can pout?! “Mhmmmm, something tells me Anon, you’re not enjoying the park. This won’t do at all. Tell your good friend Guinevere what troubles you so.” Well I hadn’t expected this. I open my mouth about to speak but close it a moment later as she continues to stare at me. I think of what to say as I work my jaw.
“Ah fuck it. Sure why not let the robot play psychiatrist.” I mutter, rolling my eyes and folding my arms. “You wanna know my problem? Okay fine. It’s this.” I nod my head off to the side in no real direction. “All this. This entire park. It’s all condensed feel good corporate slop. It’s kiddie shit meant to sell toys and forget how crap everything us, but it’s all just fake. I hate you Guinevere, my ‘best friend.’ You’re not genuine, you’re not real, you just spout out some happy drivel every time you talk to someone! It’s all just-eugh!” I look away and throw my hands in the air. I let all the annoyance and anger boil up in one go. And then it’s gone. I speak up, but my voice is barley a whisper “I didn’t wanna come here. I was forced to go. This place...it’s all just baby shit.. Nothing feels real and...and I guess I’m just annoyed I’m only here now I out grew it. I’m too old for this sort of stuff and I just want something...mature, or whatever. I don’t know. All I can say is this place just isn’t for me.” I can’t believe I’m spilling my guts out to this dolled up machine.
I stand there with my back to her waiting for the PR speak to kick in about how ‘you should feel good because feeling good is good’ or ‘always smile, thing will get better’ and blank smile with a thumbs up. But instead I hear the clack of heals as she steps towards me. That pout had turned into a frown. Somehow knowing she could frown felt off. “Oh Anon, I’m sorry to hear you’re not having a fun time at the park. It’s a wonderland, meant for the enjoyment of all who visit.” Oh here we go. “But I understand that not everyone will enjoy it, regardless of how hard we try. Some people just don’t feel that childlike wonder. They need something else.” Wait, what? “It pains me to see you down like this.” She stepped closer when she slid a blue laced hand from under her bosom. My eyes followed it as it moved towards and rested on my shoulder.
“I don’t-I don’t think you’re allowed to…” I can barley get out as she starts to firmly push me backwards.
Eyes going wide in confusion, I stumble back from her as I’m barely able to put one foot behind the other. “I can’t let a guest go about their time at the park so unhappy. It’s just not my way anon.” She’s not even looking at me as she speaks, her eyes are staring up and off at nothing, head bobbing subtly to the side as she speaks, as if she’s mulling over what she’s saying. Within moments she’s pushed me into the dim shade of that little narrow passage between the streets. “You said you needed something mature...” Then, in a blur of blue she pushes me against some faux crates so fast I hardly have time to react. The crates edge dig into the back of me knees and I sort of trip with my back awkwardly pressed to the wall by those mechanical fingers firmly wrapped around my shoulder. I can’t speak. Not when she’s staring down at me with that trademark warm smile and oversized eyes. I’m just haphazardly standing there slack-jawed.
Oh my god.
This robot is going to FUCKING KILL ME.
I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared shitless. Giant ‘friendly’ animatronic at a theme park isolating some poor dumb schmuck, it was like something out of a video game. “W-w-what are you gonna-” I barely get the words out with a gulp “-gonna do to me?” My entire body is shaking and it only gets worse the closer she gets as she draws in closer to me. Her head moves past mine, I can smell something sweet radiating from her, like sugar or-or something, and then as she speaks quietly I can actually feel a warm simulated breath hitting my hear, forcing goosebumps to break out across my entire body and a cold shiver down my spine.
“I want you to have an unforgettable experience.”
She’s...smiling-no smirking, definitely it’s not the cheerful reassuring smile as like before, it’s...it’s almost predatory with glee in the way it curls up in the corners. Then she shifts her head so our faces are a mere inch or two apart. Are eyes are locked for maybe a second at most before she leans in and presses her open mouth to mine.
My legs give out almost immediately and I’m only held up by the fact she has me pinned to the wall and my arms are the same, heavy as the lead poor people have in their food. Shock has totally overcome my body and I’m just totally limp and at her mercy. The only reactive part seems be my eyes which stretch impossibly wide as the delirium of it all takes me. I can feel her tongue, I can feel it in my mouth! It’s warm and wet and-and it feels real! It feels like it’s real muscle as it swims around and plays with my own, lapping this way and that, lifting it up and pressing it down. As we connect there was a momentary gust or...breath I suppose, of warm air from her mouth hitting the back of my throat. It honestly felt like I was kissing-no, I was being kissed by a real person with even saliva as thick as a humans. The only thing that felt different was the taste. It was sweet in a subtle way. Not too overbearing, but just a dash of something, blueberry or raspberry with just a pinch of sugar. God even her noises are real as she gives off a quiet muffled groan from her throat as it reverberated inside my own mouth.
I have no idea how long it lasted for, she just keep going on and on using my tongue as her personal plaything. Eventually I need to breath but she just doesn’t stop. I need to break free, I need to shove her away for air but I can’t. I can’t move at all. The fear and shock starts to subside as I become dizzy, light headed and delirious.
Then just like that, she breaks the kiss, letting our mouths depart, only a thin strand of spittle still connecting the two of us. I come crashing back down to earth with a sudden jolt and start to immediately swallow mouthfuls of air, gasping like some dying fish. What was so weird though was Guinevere was panting to, her blue tongue lolling out ever so little from her open mouth as she heaved hot and heavy sugary smelling breaths directly into my face and my own open mouth. I’m pretty sure I swallowed some of it as well…
Her lips curled into that same wicked smirk as she bobs her head low. She pressed her forehead to my own, human flesh touching the grey synthetic stuff she calls skin. “So how was that, Anon?” I blink once, twice, a third time as I struggle to force the words, any words, out of my throat.
“W-why?” Was all I could manage in a rather embarrassingly squeaky tone.
“Because I’d hate to see you leave the park unsatisfied, Anon.” The android moved again, her mouth coming back for a round two. “I want to make you happy.” Guinevere said quietly, almost a whisper as she kissed me for a second time, though this one was different. It was gentler, only a little tongue, just a few quick and simple laps before breaking, then a third without any tongue. Just an easy peck on the lips. This went on for several minutes, alternating between long drawn out and sloppy affairs and brief little intimate ones. In between she would whisper to me, assuring me all the while.
“Oh Anon, I hope you enjoy this”
“You’re so cute when you blush.”
“You don’t have to be afraid. Guinevere is here for you.”
When she whispered that last one into my hear, I...I can’t explain it. Something gave way and I joined in. I gave myself over to her wholly. I wasn’t just standing there letting her do all this to me, I kissed her back. I used my own mouth and my own tongue. I reached in and explored the androids mouth, it felt so life like. Hot and wet, soft and malleable. My body was still locked up,, but that suited me just fine. To hell with the park and my family dragging me out here. I was content to just kiss the robot.
