CAREER
Joined the London Police Department (LPD) in 2013 at a notably young age. His career began as an assistant to Detective Carlisle Miller, and in a short time, he rapidly climbed the ranks within his division thanks to his brilliant mind. Robert Hillman once remarked that Delgado was the dark horse of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), capable of catching anyone with even the slightest clue.
He successfully solved the cold case of The Murder of Kelly Ann (2010), which had stalled for 7 years due to a lack of evidence. By meticulously reviewing all records from previous detectives and employing alternative investigative methods, he was able to uncover new leads and ultimately apprehended Troy Sullivan as the sole perpetrator. His work definitively disproved longstanding rumors that the crime had been carried out by multiple individuals.
In 2018, as a direct result of his achievements, Delgado was promoted to Chief Detective of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), becoming one of the youngest officers to hold the position in recent department history. Since then, he has overseen more than 200 cases, including complex homicide and high-profile criminal investigations, further establishing his legacy as a leading figure within the LPD.

PERIOD: 2013-PRESENT

As of 2025, Delgado has successfully resolved over 200 cases. A small portion of these involved long-standing cold cases that had previously yielded no leads, while the majority were high-profile homicide investigations requiring close collaboration with various community elements and external agencies.
The Murder of Kelly Ann (2010)
In 2017, Delgado reopened and solved the cold case of The Murder of Kelly Ann (2010), which had remained unsolved for years due to the lack of substantial evidence. Kelly Ann was found dead, stabbed in front of the gate of her residence after returning from a bar on the night of April 14, 2010ΒΉ.
Through a meticulous review of previous investigative records and the application of alternative investigative methods, Delgado uncovered new leads that ultimately led to the arrest and conviction of Troy SullivanΒ² as the sole perpetrator. His work not only brought closure to the victimβs family but also definitively dispelled persistent rumors suggesting that the murder had been committed by multiple individualsΒ³.
Battersea Murder Case (2013)
Shortly after joining the force in 2013, Delgado assisted his senior detective, Carlisle Miller, in the investigation of the Battersea Murder Case involving the death of Amber Scott. Although serving only in an assistant capacity at the time, Delgado played a significant role by uncovering one of the two key pieces of evidence that ultimately led to the arrest and conviction of Maria Scott and her partner, Johnny Marcusβ΄.
His contribution was considered pivotal in securing the convictions, as the evidence discovered left little room for the suspects to deny their involvement.
McLageen Family Robbery (2025)
Delgadoβs most recent case involves the armed robbery of the McLageen Family residence, during which the head of the family, Anthony McLageen, was killed. The incident drew significant media attention due to the prominence of the McLageen family. As the lead investigator, Delgado is overseeing the ongoing inquiry, with efforts currently focused on identifying the suspects and securing convictionsβ΅.

PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION REPORT
Patient Name: Detective Rohan BenjamΓn Delgado
Case Number: 0784-LPD-PSY
Date: 20/01/2025
Evaluator: Dr. Elizabeth Johannson
access denied
Detective Rohan Delgado has been attending scheduled psychological consultations every Friday evening. Over the past several sessions, his psychological state has shown progressive deterioration, correlating with the ongoing stress of his divorce proceedings with Rosetta Delgado.
The patient, historically characterized by his authoritative presence, structured behavior, and emotional resilience, now presents with significant signs of emotional dysregulation. During consultations, Delgado frequently abstains from verbal communication, exhibiting instead prolonged periods of sleep in a seated, defensive posture (arms folded tightly across the chest), suggestive of heightened psychological withdrawal and protective behavior.
Reports collected from colleagues and subordinates indicate a notable increase in irritability and disproportionate emotional reactions to minor stimuli. Despite these internalized symptoms, the patient continues to display appropriate social functioning when interacting with external parties, such as the media and members of the public, suggesting a deliberate compartmentalization of emotional distress.
Preliminary Assessment:
- Emotional Exhaustion
- Heightened Defensive Mechanisms
- Irritability and Impulse Dysregulation
- Compensatory Social Masking
- Further psychological monitoring is recommended, along with a structured intervention plan to address emotional regulation, stress management, and potential burnout.
