Special Containment Procedures:
All archived episodes of SCP-11000 must be locked inside Dr. Charles' (Subject 1125 FLD) office room, and he is not to allow any visual interactions with the anomaly. SCP-11000 is to be only viewed by people who have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or any diagnosis that is related to traumatic events of any sort. If not viewed by someone who has one, they are to be given Class A amnestics.
Description:
SCP-11000 is an animated TV series named "Como Cozinhar Um Gato?", which can be translated to "How to bake a cat?". The series aired on TV in 1978, coming out of seemingly nowhere and unauthorized, and was taken off public viewing in 1982. The series has no known creator or publisher, but does have 13 seasons and 918 episodes. The show is silent, with there only being sound effects to indicate what the characters are doing, those sounds being extremely minimalistic to fit with the show's pixelated artstyle.
The show followed two characters, "Gato" (Cat, deemed SCP-11000-A), who wears a white cat jumpsuit, and "Rato" (Rat, deemed SCP-11000-B), who wears a black rat jumpsuit. SCP-11000-A is usually shown as being a victim of SCP-11000-B's brutal antics, being severely harmed each episode, of which are passed off as funny pranks, much similar to other animated TV show anomalies. Such antics can be drowning in jelly, being ripped apart by fire ants, being served to A.I overlords, and many others.
Each episode ends with the camera zooming in on SCP-11000-A's face, with a text that provides a motivational message. For example, in the end of the S2E3's episode "Pro boi, ele foi" (To the bull, he went), where SCP-11000-B forces SCP-11000-A into a Brazen bull, the camera zooms inside the brazen bull and shows the message "São de seus amigos que você não deve roubar." (It's from your friends that you should not steal.) over SCP-11000-A's melting body.
The real anomalous effects come in place when one watches episode S13E15, which is the last episode of the series. To someone who doesn't have any traumatic experiences happen to them, episode is titled "Desde Que Você Se Foi" (Since You've Been Gone), and it shows a bloody SCP-11000-A in a blank room, drawing with crayons on a paper. The lyrics of the song "Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson appear on the corner of the screen. It abruptly cuts off in the one minute mark, marking it's end.
However, when viewed by someone who's gone through a traumatic event, the episode plays said event that has happened to that person, with SCP-11000-A playing as the traumatized viewer and SCP-11000-B (or other characters) as the one who caused the trauma. At the end of this episode, SCP-11000-A's face appears on the screen, with the text that comes in at the end being used as an attempt to communicate with the viewer. SCP-11000-A will treat the viewer like a therapist would to a patient, trying to convince them that it's not their fault, that SCP-11000-A understands them and is their friend, or something along the lines of that. When the communication ends, the viewer always leaves satisfied or relieved, believing that SCP-11000-A will always be there to help them through hard times.
<Addendum 1>
The Y.J.N.H. Tests the anomaly on Dr. Alto Clef. He is left inside a testing room, with only a TV and a chair present inside.

EPISODE TRANSCRIPT | SCP-11000-A wears a thin white dress, walking around a dirty and torn down house, a sad look plastered on it's face. SCP-11000-B appears behind the other, wearing deer hooves and horns while following it. SCP-11000-C appears behind SCP-11000-B, almost transparent and holding a shotgun.
