Special Containment Procedures:
There are currently no special containment procedures due to the anomaly's nature. Any and all attempts to locate, get in contact with or deactivate the anomaly have been deemed unsuccessful.
Description:
SCP-9450 is an animated advertisement program that focuses on promoting items that can range from useful and useless, dangerous and harmless, etc.
The host of the program, deemed SCP-9450-1, appears to have some sort of shapeshifting behavior, as it has taken many forms during each advertisement. The two distinguishable characteristics about these forms is that SCP-9450-1 loves to dress formally, mainly with a purple suit, and that it has no eyes or eyebrows. It is currently unknown if it has a name or an original form.
The program becomes active during or after episodes of other anomalous programs, with a focus on TV shows and animated series. Every item that is presented on this program is related to the episode that it becomes active on.
The program activates whether the show it's on is aired on TV or not, meaning that it can appear in cassette tapes, MCs, CDs and any other similar items.
The program's layout is SCP-9450-1 on the left side of the screen explaining the product being advertised, while on the right is a graphic of the product with at least two messages that say "20% off" and "on sale!", as well as a QR code and a link to buy the product. Though, sometimes, the program's layout varies with the viewer. It is currently unknown if any of these anomalous programs are in partnership with the anomaly.
Discovery:
SCP-9450 was discovered in 2015, during a test with SCP-993. (See Addendum 1)

<ADDENDUM 1>

ANOMALY: SCP-993
VIEWER: D-12974
EPISODE: Bobble's Sneaky Saturday

ACTIVE: SCP-9450 becomes active after SCP-993 showcases how to not be seen in crowded spaces. SCP-9450-1 presents a bunch of black hoodies, that can be customized with a stamp if the buyer desires. The program had a lot of sensory and attention catching material being presented, which seems to be due to D-12974 being a child.
PRODUCT RECEIVED: A black hoodie with a Radiohead stamp.
ANOMALOUS/HAZARDOUS BEHAVIOR: D-12974 became allergic to the texture of the hoodie, which seems to be felt.

ANOMALY: SCP-2030
VIEWER: D-10389
EPISODE: [REDACTED] (Margaret Thatcher)

ACTIVE: During the episode, after Margaret appears, the episode abruptly cuts to SCP-9450 advertising estrogen pills.
PRODUCT RECEIVED: A bottle of estrogen pills, with instructions on how to use them and such.
ANOMALOUS/HAZARDOUS BEHAVIOR: D-10389 immediately tossed away all of his transphobic ideals when coming in contact with the product, writing an apology letter to all trans women that he's purposefully misgendered over the years and mailing it to the nearest transgender association along with the bottle of estrogen, which seems to have no anomalous properties when consumed.
NOTE: "...How... Inclusive." - Dr. K.

ANOMALY: SCP-8593
VIEWER: Dr. K.
EPISODE: EPISODE 8593.7 (Penne Alla Everclear)

ACTIVE: SCP-9450 becomes active after SCP-8593-1 goes unconscious. SCP-9450-1 has a worried expression at the start, but then proceeds to present the ingredients used to make the Penne Alla Everclear, and the site where it's sold. Suddenly, the screen glitches, and SCP-9450-1 is now advertising cilatopram and other antidepressants.
PRODUCT RECEIVED:
ANOMALOUS/HAZARDOUS BEHAVIOR: Not in the product, but in the advertisement. SCP-9450-1 says "You might need this, K[REDACTED]. You dont want to end up like that, do you?" after the antidepressants are promoted. This was the first time that direct communication with foundation personnel was ever made. The ingredients we're non-anomalous, but the antidepressants caused a D-Class to [REDACTED]. If taken, it would make Dr. K. lose her job.

<ADDENDUM 4>

ANOMALY: SCP-8593
VIEWER: Dr. K.
EPISODE: EPISODE 8593.7a (Penne Alla Everclear)
PLAN: Dr. K. attempts to get in contact again with a fake copy of Episode 8593.7a, that has a digital reality anchor implemented into it.

ACTIVE: SCP-9450 appears at the end of the episode, except it is sitting on a chair in a dark room, with an infuriated look in it's face. A message flashes on the screen that says "Leave me alone." The screen abruptly cuts to SCP-9450 on the usual program layout, and it goes the same as Addendum 3.

After the events of Addendum 4, SCP-9450 would cease activation if Dr. K. is in the room.
