The Short Version

Egg Dash Courier does not collect, share or sell personal data. The app has no sign-in, no remote profile and no code from outside parties. Everything you set up inside the app stays on your phone.

This policy is published by the developer of Egg Dash Courier. In it, "we" and "us" mean that developer.

What Stays on Your Device

The app keeps a small amount of information in local storage on your phone so it works the way you left it:

Your settings and preferences
Items you choose to save while playing or using the app

We never receive this information. It is not uploaded, copied to a server or sent to us in any form. We cannot read it, recover it or restore it for you.

What We Do Not Collect

To be specific, the app does not gather any of the following:

Your name, email address, phone number or postal address
Your precise or approximate location
Contacts, photos, files or messages from your device
Device identifiers of any kind, including any advertising identifier
Usage statistics or records of how you move through the app

Since nothing is collected, there is no collected data for us to use, analyze or build profiles from.

Outside Services and Code

There are none. Egg Dash Courier contains no third-party SDKs. It has no advertising code, no analytics code, no crash-reporting code and no sign-in system. No outside company receives anything from the app, because the app does not send anything to outside companies.

If this ever changes, we will update this policy before the change reaches you in a release.

We do not share your information with anyone and we do not sell it. We hold no personal data, so there is nothing to disclose to partners, brokers, advertisers or authorities.

How Long Data Is Kept

Settings and saved items remain on your phone until you remove them. You can clear them in either of these ways:

Delete saved items or reset your settings from inside the app, where that option is offered
Clear the app's storage in your phone's system settings, or uninstall the app

Uninstalling removes the app's local data from your device. We hold no copy, so no deletion request to us is ever needed.

Children's Privacy

Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either. We do not knowingly gather information from people of any age. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about the app, you are welcome to write to us using the address at the end of this policy.

Privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act give people rights over personal data held about them. These include the rights to know what is held, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to object to its use, and to opt out of its sale.

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct, delete or port, and nothing is sold. You remain in full control of the data the app stores locally, since you can view or remove it on your own device at any time. How We Protect Your Information

The strongest protection is that your data never leaves your phone. With no server, no transfer and no outside recipients, there is no remote database that could be breached.

The locally stored data is protected by the security features of your device and operating system. We encourage you to use a screen lock and keep your phone's software up to date.

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time, for example if the app's features change. The current version is always the one that carries the most recent effective date at the top. If a future version of the app were to handle data differently, we would revise this policy before that version is released.
