Unless otherwise specified in one-on-one transactions, I only accept payment via PayPal invoice in USD.
All art and designs I create are for personal, non-commercial use. Credit is required in re-uploads, especially on platforms that I don't use.
- Please let me know if you intend to use a character for commercial use, and we can negotiate the price.
Do not edit my art. Please contact me instead if you need edits. I do them both for free and for payment, depending how heavy they are.

YOU MAY:

Make certain changes to the design, such as:
- changing clothing, hairstyles, saturation edits, and adding things like scars/tattoos/piercings.
  - You may edit my art for saturation edits, and ONLY saturation edits.
Use the character for personal, non-commercial use projects, such as art, RPGs, tabletop games, worldbuilding, or stories.
Gift, trade, or resell the character based on art and value. (e.g.: what you paid for it + extra art)
- Art that you commissioned/you created count towards worth. Art trades, gifts, and art payments, do not.
- Characters obtained by other means can be gifted or traded, but can't be sold unless additional value is added.

YOU MAY NOT:

Change aspects of the design such as making a fat/muscular character skinny, or whitewashing/lightening skin tones.
Resell for a price higher than what you originally paid for them + the price of any art you have commissioned of them (from me or any other artist).
Resell designs obtained through non-monetary means (trades/gifts/etc) unless there is added value from commissioned/created art.
Duplicate/edit my art with the intent to sell the results as your own/as part of your own product.
Claim to be the creator of the design. Come on. It's 2024. Let's be mature here.
Hypersexualize my designs.
- Making NSFW content of them is fine. Making the body type fetishistic (i.e. making it so obviously fetishized that the design itself cannot exist in a SFW context, such as hyper and extreme curves) is not.
- If you DO make NSFW of my designs, tag them properly. I don't want my designs associated with exposing minors to inappropriate content.
Heavily reference or colorpick my designs. This includes sending them as a reference of what you'd like from a custom from another artist.

OTHER:

Please ask me before making any closed species versions of my designs.
Any names and descriptions I may share are optional. Feel free to change up their names/personalities/etc!
Any and all designs edited to portray reprehensible material (e.g.: nazism, pedophilia, etc) will result in a public blacklisting.
