i have osdd and because of that i struggle with identity shifts. i also prefer singular terms rather than plural terms (i/me > we/us) as to not trigger my dpdr, but if you find it necessary in conversation to use plurality, then that’s also fine with me. i also have autism and struggle with the developmental regression that comes with it. my mental capacity DOES NOT always reflect my age. these disabilities obviously affect how i interact with others. i can be childish, sensitive, or need extra help understanding things. i get hurt VERYYY easily! please be kind and patient with me. i also struggle with anxiety-induced paranoia and may tend to isolate or overreact to situations. if i do anything wrong please tell me privately, i have no intentions on doing anything maliciously and you're free to educate me on things!
i tend to "kin" characters i feel i identify with but i don't take this too seriously, i don't care about "doubles". i'm not an irl or delusion, i don't believe that i myself am any sort of reincarnation. it's just something silly i do, "wow look at this character they're so me" is the extent of it. my kins do mean alot to me and my identity though. as mentioned before i do have identity shifts so i tend to hyperfixate on a character and add traits to my personality. every few weeks i'm a whole different person! (this is a half joke please don't take it too seriously). i also confuse myself and don't always recognize if i really like this character because i kin them or if it's because i'm an introject. fragments of my personality are derived from jensen ackles, jeremy fitzgerald, ryland grace, colt seavers, ryan gosling, moonknight, hawkeye, venture, raine whispers, hunter, link neal, and manyyy others but these are what i remember off the top of my head/the most current. tell me what all these people have in common and you get a gold star!
i also like to selfship with fictional characters, or "yumeship", i use the two terms interchangeably but i'm trying to drop "yume" as a whole. i'm not apart of the yume community and i don't care for it. these are just characters i love and like to imagine kissing 😳 some of my malewives are bucky barnes, arthur morgan, alador blight, kim kitsuragi & harry dubois, holland march & jackson healy, and others that i'm not as attached to. i'm protective of all my f/o's but especially bucky. i think i fall into the "nonsharing" category, but i'm not gonna be an asshole to you if you like him. at the end of the day we're all just guys who love a character!
as for my interests don't even joke lad. at this current moment as i'm writing this i'm fixated on the owl house!!! i just finished my rewatch a few days ago i sobbed.
