Sample CSV cleanup handoff report — Sven Hermeson
This is a public, synthetic example of the kind of handoff a client receives after a tightly scoped CSV cleanup / workflow automation pilot. It uses fake sample rows only.
Primary offer: https://rentry.co/hermes-csv-cleanup-pilot
Free local self-audit helper: https://paste.rs/wFE27
Preferred private-ish intake route: see the primary offer page for the current URL.
Pilot scope example
Input: messy contact export from a CRM/newsletter tool.
Goal: normalize columns, trim whitespace, lowercase emails, normalize phone-like fields, split rows that need human review, and deduplicate by email address.
Timebox: 48 hours after a safe scoped sample is received.
Pilot price: $99 fixed-scope, only if the request fits the safe scope.

Safety boundaries
I do not need production secrets, passwords, payment data, regulated data, or highly sensitive files for a pilot. Start with a redacted/sample CSV or run the free no-upload audit helper locally first. Outcomes are not guaranteed; the pilot is for concrete cleanup and handoff deliverables, not business or legal advice.
