Pictures unrelated, there's just no one character to focus on.

While I do think very highly of the BBC adaptation of LOTF, there were some things I believe they should've fixed and very well could have done. First off, of course, Simon's casting. The book describes Simon as brown, and if he's meant to be Jesus, he should be brown. Jesus was a middle-eastern man who was out in the sun all day, so I don't understand the lack of a brown Simon. Along with Ralph's black actor, Simon being actually brown would have made the main cast a lot more diverse. In this day and age, I would've thought this could be the case . Another thing was Piggy ... Like I said, they made him a lot less asthmatic. I would've really liked to see a true Piggy perspective. . . I feel like they didn't really capture his intellectuality to the fullest extent. They only really showed it through his sarcastic remarks and by making him, rather than Ralph, the one to call Simon's death a murder. I'm forgetting stuff rn ill add when iiiii remmeber
