Which technologies we use today were actually invented in China?

During the Han Dynasty around 105 AD, a eunuch named Cai Lun improved the existing process of papermaking, producing a finer quality of paper using mulberry and other bast fibers along with fishnets, old rags, and hemp waste.
Several centuries later, during the Tang Dynasty, the Chinese invented woodblock printing, a method that allowed the replication of text and images by carving them onto wooden blocks. This was followed by the invention of movable type printing by Bi Sheng during the Song Dynasty in 1040 AD, an invention that revolutionized the dissemination of knowledge and information.
Gunpowder:
One of the most impactful Chinese inventions, gunpowder, was developed by Taoist alchemists in the 9th century during the Tang Dynasty while searching for an elixir of immortality. The world's first mechanical clock - the 'Cosmic Engine' - was invented by Su Song, a Chinese inventor in 1088 AD. This astronomical clock tower was powered by a waterwheel and chain drive, and it was used for timekeeping as well as astronomical observations. Although our timekeeping devices have greatly evolved, this invention laid the foundation for mechanical timekeeping.
Iron and Steel Smelting:

The Chinese were among the first to use blast furnaces powered by the piston bellows to produce cast iron as early as the 5th century BC.
