Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long does it take to reroll?
Ignoring the initial prologue that you have to go through, which can take about 10-15 minutes, give or take, it only takes 1 minute or less to reroll.
2. How much is a pull and how many pulls do you get at the beginning?
The in-game pull currency is called Enigma Entity and has non-premium and premium versions. One pull costs 120 Enigma Entity.
As of March 2, 2025:
- 3480 (29) Enigma Entity in the mail.
- 1200 (10) Enigma Entity from the 7-day login campaign.
- 600 (5) Enigma Entity from linking your account to a Google/Apple account.
3. Are there skins?
They're available in the Support Contract, which is this game's Battle Pass equivalent. The Support Contract offers guaranteed skins at Level 30, 40, and 50. The Basic Support (free) path also contains Wonder Boxes (10 free) that has a randomized chance of giving you alternate colors of existing skins, including the premium ones.
As of version 1.1.0, there will be a Premium Enigma Entity shop that lets you buy skins directly.
4. Is there a monthly pass?
Yes, at the price of $4.99.
5. When is the daily and weekly reset?
Every day at 10 PM PST and every week on Wednesday.
6. Is there daily/weekly free currency income?
As of the maintenance following the daily reset for February, 21, 2025, the daily income 150 Enigma Entity from the following sources:
- Daily Challenges - 120 Enigma Entity
- Delivery Requests - 30 Enigma Entity
7. What is the content update cycle like?
A new chapter/city is expected every 3 months. Every new chapter will feature at least three 3* characters along with side events. In terms of endgame, there is a dungeon-crawler mode called Fractal Vice that resets weekly with a set amount of chests that provide the highest tier of gear (Patimon) you can get. They also feature the hardest bosses in the game called the Red Limit series.
