For five, long years, Fódlan has been locked in a bloody state of war. What initially started out as the Adrestian Empire rejecting the teachings of the Church of Seiros, quickly erupted into a conflict that spanned the whole continent, with all of three of its major ruling powers getting involved to fight for their own interests.
