[14:16] The desert was brisk today. The sands that would cross the Frontier were remarkably calm. It was through the wastes that the girl would find an oasis. She crosses the barren desert, finally arriving at the desolate Frontier.

She approaches. The girl's walk was stoic. She stood proud and straight, her gait filled with pride and sass. Her palm was gently placed by her hip, a thumb caressing the outside of her holster, mere inches away from her revolver.

This young girl was an odd one, it would seem. Her eyes told a story of sorrow and melancholy. And yet she still stood tall. Enough to make her way here, at least. For which she had a purpose.

To find herself. And of course, her voice.

She smiles at Orstein. Bowing lightly. It was here that they might notice the girl not saying anything. Alas, she points to her throat, shaking her head and gesturing that she was unable to speak.

The girl hands Sacilia a notebook, turning the pages over to a prewritten message.

'Hello, my name is Maria Malibu. I've come here to ask for your scientists' assistance. I am willing to pay money if one of you can help me in giving me a voice.'

She nods once again, looking expectantly at Sacilia. She tilts her head lightly, giving the woman a soft gaze.

[14:18] Behitha waves at Basil.
(Behitha)

[14:18] Basil Mooney offers Behitha a warm hug
(Basil Mooney)

[14:18] Behitha exclaims, "--!"
[14:18] Behitha reciprocates and hums softly.
(Behitha)

[14:18] Basil Mooney exclaims, "Hello hello~!"
[14:19] Behitha says, "<'Good afternoon. How are you?'>"
[14:20] Behitha says, "<'What brings you to the Frontier?'>"
[14:21] She had known of Maria and their condition. Her former partner Lavenza had discussed it before. She knew they were of the Malibu family that had lost, Lev and now Lav.

"Good to see you again Maria, as for scientist I'll find you someone to get your voice back. I'll ask around as I am very new to the frontier. Though if there is a place to do it. It is here."

She would gently pat the other Teen. Before noticing Basil and another that are relaxing in the square. "Basil do you think you could give them a voice? Perhaps if you can't do you know of any that could?"

Sky blue eyes look over at Basil expectantly before noticing the other they have yet to meet before but doesn't address them yet.
(Sacilia Orstein)

[14:22] Basil Mooney says, "Ah, no reason particularly. I just tend to wander... I tend to get my best inspirations running into interesting people after all mhm~"
[14:22] Basil Mooney exclaims, "Whatever suits my whims for the moment is what drives my hands to do. And do I shall!"
[14:22] Basil Mooney nod nods before turning her head in the direction of Sacilia, her head cocking ever so slightly
(Basil Mooney)

[14:22] Behitha bows her head with a nod, she then begins to sign.
(Behitha)

[14:23] Behitha says, "<'Would you like to work on your project? I have some time, if you would like.'>"
[14:24] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Hello everyone."
[14:24] Sacilia Orstein exclaims, "Ah Sven!"
[14:24] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Hello Sacilia. How are you feeling ?"
[14:24] Basil Mooney exclaims, "Ah, soon certainly!"
[14:24] Sacilia Orstein says, "Better! The seed is gone and my occult is gone. "
[14:24] Basil Mooney says, "I'm just awaiting on a few more materials to be delivered..."
[14:24] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "I have received your letter ! I am glad !"
[14:24] Basil Mooney says, "I've aquired QUITE a bit of Briarwood since we last talked"
[14:24] Sacilia Orstein Paying attention to Maria
(Sacilia Orstein)

[14:24] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Did Solais help truly ?"
[14:25] Sacilia Orstein says, "Indeed."
[14:25] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Then. I am glad. And relieved the seed is gone."
[14:25] Behitha says, "<'I do enjoy briarwood.'>"
[14:25] Sacilia Orstein Her eyes would shift from Sven to Maria.
(Sacilia Orstein)

[14:25] Iane Ioko says, "Hello Sven."
[14:25] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Once you are done, we may start your baptism."
[14:25] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "And hello Iane !"
[14:25] Sacilia Orstein exclaims, "Woo!"
[14:28] Iane Ioko asks, "Are you busy, currently?"
[14:28] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I will be baptizing Sacilia soon."
[14:28] Oh, wait. Hasn't Maria seen Sacilia before? Much has happened to her lately, it was no wonder she didn't remember. Especially considering she may have been a lot younger when they met. Both Sacilia and Maria were suffering, it would seem. The loss of her sibling and the loss of a partner.

The melancholy was situated deep within those canary hues. Even if she stood proud and tall, the sorrow would never escape. Coming here, she is given both a reminder of her purpose and her journey. As well as a reminder of her sorrow.

Today wasn't the day to grieve, however.

"!!!"

Maria gasps, placing a hand on her chest and smiling. Now she'd remember! Even if it had been a few years. She smiles gently at Sacilia. The introduction perhaps not having been needed at all.

"Mm."

Canary hues flick upon the oasis. A quickened glance toward the tree towering above, flicking over to the town's many patrons and scientists. She could only imagine how Sacilia was feeling. The loss of Lavenza no doubt breaking their hearts in two.

She needed a voice. She needed to make them proud.

Maria nods. If there was any place that can give her a voice, it was the Frontier. Her hues flick, smiling softly at the gesture given to her before to land on Basil. A set of emerald wings greet her, catching the young woman's eye with wonder. Again, do the flick, not toward the man who would approach.

"...?" She tilts her head. Her mother had spoken of a Beastkin man in the Frontier a few times before. Was this the same one, she wondered?

A smile, as she greets the older man with a soft bow.

(Maria Malibu)

[14:28] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Also."
[14:28] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Tomorrow."
[14:28] Svengalf Sandsker says, "You will have a surprise."
[14:28] Svengalf Sandsker says, "May be the occasion to have our talk."
[14:28] Iane Ioko says, "Oh? You have my curiosity, so such works for me."
[14:28] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "You will see !"
[14:29] Maria Malibu says, "Mm..."
[14:30] She would smile and ruffle the hair of Maria "Let me get baptized real fast and I'll discuss with Sven about getting you a voice."

She would turn to look at Sven. "This is Maria Malibu, a mute and family member of mine. So after our proceedings I will discuss things further."
(Sacilia Orstein)

[14:30] Iane Ioko says, "Ah, I did find something in the Shrine that you mayaps would like to keep."
[14:30] Maria Malibu had noticed a girl doing sign language was Basil as she looked around. She points to herself, and then to the woman, not being able to catch them as she walked away.
(Maria Malibu)

[14:30] Maria Malibu says, "...Hm."
[14:30] Sacilia Orstein says, "It's okay Maria."
[14:30] Maria Malibu bows softly.
(Maria Malibu)

[14:34] The lapine observes in between both. There is a smile.

"Oh another Malibu ! I am a good friend of Meryl. I am glad to meet you ! I am Svengalf."

A nod is given, as he turns towards Sacilia

"She is part of your family ? Are you relative with Meryl Malibu too ?"

He tilts his head.

(Svengalf Sandsker)

[14:34] Sacilia Orstein says, "I am considered family is the best way to explain."
[14:36] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Oh"
[14:36] Svengalf Sandsker says, "... I gave it to Hina."
[14:36] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Arista was a friend of ours."
[14:36] Svengalf Sandsker says, "You can keep it. She was a friend of the Illuminated too..."
[14:37] Iane Ioko says, "Alright, I just wished to be sure if you desired to hold onto it, I will keep it safely tucked away."
[14:37] "Mm."

Maria nods, smiling at the elder Lapine. She clutches her chest, her expressions doing most of the talking for her. Even if she could not speak, it did not mean she couldn't express herself.

She points to herself and then back to Sacilia. She nods, of course, seeing the Orstein as family. They were both grieving, it would seem. The loss of another weighing heavily in their hearts.

Still, would Maria stand proud.

She had a purpose. She had a duty. And this was simply the first step.

Still, the young woman's eyes would be curious at the woman speaking to Basil. She'd notice her sign language, and wondered if maybe she can help her somehow...

Well, that was for another time. Her attention turns Svengalf, as she gestures for Sacilia and him to do what they needed too.

Maria simply...explores, for the time being. Perhaps her eye would catch a few more curious people. Maybe she'd be able to catch the other mute she had seen moments before?

She would see, keeping true to her path and trail.
(Maria Malibu)

[14:39] Iane Ioko pats Sven.
(Iane Ioko)

[14:39] Svengalf Sandsker nods towards Iane, offering a soft smile.
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[14:40] She wouldn't really have much to say. Silence suits her for the time being whilst Maria tries to find help with her problem.

Though after they are done conversing in their fun unique way and would start to wander away.

A hug is given to the Maria. "Stay safe Maria and tell Meryl I said, I am coming to visit soon."

The hug is released letting the Maria go about their merry way.
(Sacilia Orstein)

[14:40] Maria Malibu exclaims, "Mhm!"
[14:41] Maria Malibu smiles, happily nodding and accepting the embrace.
(Maria Malibu)

[14:42] Esoti walks up demurely, after hearing that someone here is mute, ready to translate sign language if needed.
(Esoti Liam)

[14:42] Sacilia Orstein Waves to Esoti
(Sacilia Orstein)

[14:42] Esoti Liam gently waves back.
(Esoti Liam)

[14:43] The lapine looks towards Maria. Observing her gestures, there is an understanding nod.

"If you are both friends, would you like to see Sacilia being baptized ?

It will be a grand day for her, after overcoming her inner demons, she will be granted the seed of light to cultivate and maintain, to bring life around her, and help people in need."
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[14:43] Maria Malibu asks, "...?"
[14:44] Maria Malibu looks toward Sacilia...
(Maria Malibu)

[14:44] Maria Malibu says, "...Hm..."
[14:44] Maria Malibu nods!
(Maria Malibu)

[14:44] Esoti Liam whispers: If you know sign language, I can translate for you.
[14:44] Sacilia Orstein says, "Esoti meet Maria."
[14:44] Maria Malibu asks, "??"
[14:44] Sacilia Orstein says, "I am ready Sven."
[14:44] Esoti Liam says, "Hello Maria, I am Esoti Liam."
[14:45] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Of course."
[14:45] Esoti Liam asks, "And may I watch the ceremony too?"
[14:45] Sacilia Orstein exclaims, "Of-course!"
[14:45] Maria Malibu signs. 'You know sign language? It's nice to meet you!'
(Maria Malibu)

[14:45] Maria Malibu smiles softly.
(Maria Malibu)

[14:46] Sacilia Orstein waves hi to Meryl!
(Sacilia Orstein)

[14:46] Esoti signs back, his signing is shaky. It seems he's more proficient reading it than he is using signs himself.

"['Yes, I'm close friends with Behitha, who also speaks with sign language.']"
(Esoti Liam)

[14:47] Esoti Liam says, "For now, let us watch this sacred ceremony."
[14:50] Meryl Malibu puts her hand on Maria's head.
(Meryl Malibu)

[14:50] Maria Malibu exclaims, "!!!!"
[14:53] Iane Ioko goes back to laying under Solais, as the Baptism is done.
(Iane Ioko)

[14:54] "[Behitha? Was she the one who I saw earlier with Basil? Is she mute too?]" Maria inquires through sign language. She ponders, tilting her head at the boy who gestured toward her.

"[Well, it's really nice of you to help translate for me. I like your glasses. I wear contacts myself."] she gestures, pointing to herself. A soft giggle escapes her lips. And yet talk of Behitha would intrigue her...

For now however, she nods. Watching the ceremony in silence alongside her newfound friend.

"!!!"

Her mother approaches, giving her a softened head pat. She had not seen her mother for a while. Given the state of their family, it was really no wonder. The pain in both of their hearts.

A mother losing their children. A fate that no one deserved.

"..."

There is a sorrowful gaze given to her mother. Filled with melancholy. Maria simply smiles, embracing her dear mother tight.

She holds her in a tight embrace for a few moments before escaping, eyes now fervent and attentive at the ceremony above.

Her palm clasping her mothers'

"..."
(Maria Malibu)

[14:57] Meryl Malibu holds her child, giving a quick look at those present, taking her time for a quiet greeting either with a soft smile and a nod or with the raise of a hand.
(Meryl Malibu)

[14:57] Meryl Malibu whispers: ...I gotta go back home. You take care... whatever this is.
[14:57] Maria Malibu says, "Mm."
[14:57] Maria Malibu holds her mom's hand, nodding and letting them go.
(Maria Malibu)

[14:58] The lapine leads Sacilia up to the hill in front of Solais. There is a pleasant smile and aura around him, as nature blooms within their reach.

"Sacilia Ornstein. Today, it is with great pleasure that I welcome you in this moment. Times are dire... Hope may vane... but Life still persists and regrowths even when trampled.

Such as you were... A promising priestess, tainted by the mark of occult by Lykon. Doomed to fall to the vices, there were three paths ahead of you. Either drown within. Cast away your emotions. Or raises back to the surface and breathe once more what it feels to be alive, fred from these intrustive thoughts !"

A soft nod follows, as Svengalf continues.

"Sacilia, share with us your history. What have you experienced and lived that inspired you to stand in front of me now ?"
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[15:00] Maria Malibu exclaims, "...!"
[15:00] Maria Malibu ahems.
(Maria Malibu)
15:09] She would look to Solais for a moment, basking in the gold rays of warmth. Bringing her joy to her heart that she may stand here today. A road that has been harsh and treacherous.

One that is lined and riddled with blood and loss. A heart that weighed so heavy now soars to the skies.

To reflect on this adventure would be to reflect on the small fragments of her life that created her. Molded her in the hardships of time and life. Yet to reflect fairness and redemption.

Her voice is found as she learns where she wishes to start. A declaration of who she used to be. "Born into a Noble Family, A Scion of the occult. I was to walk in my fathers footsteps. He who hated and felt rage."

Some pain comes across her face but she remembers it's past her now. She must walk forwards and be better for all around. "To my mother who signed away her soul and became a witch. My path was dark and grim as I was guided down a dark path."

Honesty and virtue, she shall not lie about where she began. For she is better now and if any wish to judge her on her past will look past her character. "My family was destroyed by Zealots and Crusaders. Burned to ash in a holy fire my parents burned with it."

"I was hunted and wanted before I fled to Meranthe. To have a fresh start on life. It was here I found a partner, one I loved and even a young age."

Speaking of Venza the fresh wound stings but no longer bleeds as she has made amends with herself. "I learned what it meant to carry the burden of another. I learned what it meant to be selfless and to care for another. I understood what it meant to have another life depend on me."

Her voice is somber but full of stoicism and some pride but remains humble in her wake. "I learned what it meant to lose that life. One depended on me and vowed to never lose another. Nearly lost to the occult I found Sven and under the light of Solais. The same light I stand under now. I was given new purpose."

Sky blue eyes look to the leaves of Solais filled with Hope that carried her to where she is now. That hope radiates within her. "I learned what it was to be given new hope and now as Solais has given to me new purpose I will give back to all around me. I will be a beacon of hope for life to follow and that is my story and experiences."
(Sacilia Orstein)
[15:31] The lapine listens attentively to her story. A story with a conflicting origin, that could have sealed her fate without knowing it. At the risk of the ire of her parents, she still followed what her heart wished.

"Such decision is certainly not easy to take. Specially, if it goes people of close bonds, or relatives.
But you have matured, and you have grown confident to follow your own choice.

In life, you will often been confronted to difficult choices in which you won't have any control to it. But whenever this occasion presents, taking the path that gives you peace and serenity is what will help you face any consequences in the future."

A proud nod is offered to her. Despite, the anger of the father, and the sealed fate of her mother, the hunt on her family and her flee, Svengalf could feel a pinch, with how young she was.

"I can imagine how hard this could have been. Specially alone, in such young age. A sad end... but yet, you managed to keep love and hope within your heart, instead of following the cycle of hatred and adversity."

Sensing her grief, Svengalf politely lays one hand in support to her. Soothing, warmth from the silvery shine upon his palm. A smile is given, as she explained the importance and the values of lives that justify her motivations for such baptism.

"Life is beautiful. But to witness its true beauty, it can be difficult to decipher it. If Life is beautiful, why do we cry, why do we hate, why do we die ? Such things, you will learn through your lifespan, and understand better why we feel such. Life can have hardships. But these hardships are lessons for us to strengthen ourselves to prepare for any other hardships ahead."

A soft nod is given, as he continues.

"The path to kindness and selfless empathy is noble to follow. But I must warn you, it can be an ungratefull path, and some will try to exploit it. But even then... the world needs a hand offered for those who are afraid to call for help."

A slow silences lays, as he listens to her conclusion.

"Despite these warnings, Sacilia, would you like to follow the Path of Life ? Do you swear, to respect the tenets of Lady Alacritas, to preserve and protect the Lifestream, to reject any form of Dark Arts, to heal and protect nature, and offer counselling , healing and advices to the living ?

Do you accept to take this parental role to reach and offer your help to the Children of the Lifestream, and all of its sanctity?"
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[15:42] She would listen to the warnings, they rung true but a promise she made. To one no longer with them that she would be selfless and forgive. A promise that she will protect even those that hurt them.

Selflessness, caring, giving despite her beginning. Kindness, joy, and protection offered to all. She wishes for the world to cease suffering and to be mended.

To protect life and being a guardian of it. To ascend and only ascend. To never fall and falter even in the face of Adversity. She understand how to move forwards through hardships and nothing will make her fall to her knees.

She has always adapted and overcame anything sent her way. This will no different even those are cruel and hateful towards her. A smile will be lent and a hand offered to help.

Though her kindness will be offered to those who wish to accept it. Those who wish to harm life and the lifestream will be granted no mercy.

"I Sacilia Orstein, will travel this path. Despite the hardships I will face I will grow. I will protect and heal all that encompasses life. I will remain selfless and kind even in the face of hatred and anger."

"I will offer kindness and hope but if those are not accepted and an attempt to harm life is made. My resolve is then made and I will protect every facet of life I can."

"This is my promise. I Accept this role, this gift, this burden and I accept it with pride." Smiling widely at sven, her demeanor has yet to shift. Standing every bit of her height she has yet to falter.

Each word has been spoken with clear intention as her heart and spirit alight in the flames of ambition. Her warmth reaches those who spectate and to the one who baptizes.
(Sacilia Orstein)

[15:56] To the teenager, Svengalf listens, and feels her words and motivations. Truly, she has changed since the seed of occult was removed. Eagerness, Mirth, she had more energy compared to the apathy she felt. Even through the grief, she had a smile to bear, confident of her purpose.

And so then, Svengalf raises one hand. Lifting his sleeve, he reveals a crystalline tattoo upon his arm, depicting a floral arrangement of crystal lotuses. He plucks from one flower a seed, in which he gently lays it upon her forehead.

"In such, Sacilia Ornstein, you have sworn oath to heal and protect all that encompasses Life. A difficult path lays ahead in front of you. But one path, that in the end will bring you joy and mirth to inspire others. Your smile, will be reflected upon the living.

Remember her teachings. Remember the beauty of life. Even if times are dire, help humanity to remember why they wake up everyday to see a new dawn.

Is a book be read at the end ? Does a song only finishes ? Both are to be enjoyed at the fullest, even if an ending awaits ahead. And such ending, is what will make a lifespan to be remembered and protected."

He gently presses upon the seed on her forehead. It absorbs itself into her ether. And deep within her? Something sprouts. She could feel connected with a presence that watches over her from a far. A weak link, but a link that awaits to bloom.

"You are now official part of the Church of the Heavenly Blossoms as an Initiate, and by extension a follower of Azalea, the Primordial of Harmony. Accept this seed, as a token of your learnings and a proof of your progress and highlightement with the Constant of Life.
And may you spark this silver light back into people's hearts."
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[16:00] Esoti gives some applause as Svengalf's speech finishes. His claps resounding like explosions throughout the area, yet somehow they do not drown out any words or conversations.
(Esoti Liam)

[16:11] Another seed, the irony in which she is baptized is phenomenal but this was to be different. A seed of life, hope and kindness one that she will nurture and cherish instead of starve and neglect.

The seed planted upon her forehead vanishes and she feels a warmth within herself. Her smile would widen to painful lengths but she didn't mind. Wanting to fully express her joy and gratitude.

Eyes close and a prayer is given at the end of the ceremony. A prayer now given by a priest at the foot of Solais. The warmth that already radiated from her grows more.

"All Mother Alacritas hear my prayer. A prayer from one who now is devoted in mind and spirit. One of life who was given a second chance."

"I am proud and excited to preach your name and to drown those around me with kindness and joy. This pride will not set aside my need to remain humble. For I must be the best I can be to protect life itself."

She would slowly open her eyes to look at Sven. "I now offer a prayer to the one who set me upon this path. This journey, one who showed me kindness and love. He who was a perfect role model and embodied all that you are."

She would give Sven a tight hug. "A prayer to my mentor and guide. To one I look up to. May life be kind to him and may his days be full of joy. For he deserves all of it and much more."

A prayer given, offered and answered as her first ever prayer would go to the one to showed her the path of life and Alacritas. Poetic and just for Sven deserves it all. "Thank you Sven I am looking forwards to the days to come."
(Sacilia Orstein)

[16:13] The desolate sands of the Frontier are silenced. This oasis in the middle of the desert, now a memorial for those that were lost.

For those unable to be saved.

A reminder.

"..."

Maria's curiosity allowed her to explore the Frontier. Already, did she find an interesting set of people and characters. Her journey had only just started, yet already did she find herself mingling and interacting with new people. Friends and allies. People who Levius would have wanted to mingle with as well.

This journey brought her here, to the waking sands of the Frontier. To find her voice. And yet as she stood and watched the baptism of Sacilia, one thing was clear.

The sorrow in the air. It reigned heavy across the sands. The very aura of grief, pumping through the poor girl's heart.

She clutches her chest, once again reminded of the pain.

Of her conviction.

What path would she had taken, if not for Levius? If notfor the bonds she had made and the people she had met? Would she have gone down the tempting promise of vengeance and darkness? Even now, did that path intrigue her. Anger was just as potent as sorrow, and it kept everything in her heart to keep it at bay.

Levius wouldn't have wanted that.

Lavenza wouldn't have wanted that.

She wouldn't cause her mother to lose another child.

"..."

The boy next to Maria might be able to decipher her emotions and expressions. While she couldn't speak, her eyes told it's own story. They were filled with naught but sorrow. Naught but grief and heartbreak, for the pain that filled her heart.

She watches the baptism with baited breathes. It was as if she were hiding her own tears, feeling the very pain and sorrow of Sacilia that she shared.

Tales of blood, loss, and faith. Tales Maria had read and heard before. But now? She finds herself in the waking reality.

Sometimes reality was stranger than fiction, was it not?

Solais's warm rays of comfort beat down. The woman's words echo as it watches over. A woman who had led a similar life. Maria felt as if her own family was being hunted. Grief and sorrow echoing through the air.

A new purpose, Sacilia wanted. That she found.

Perhaps Maria simply wanted the same.

A purpose.

"..."

Maria still, clutches her heart. Already, did she seem on the verge of tears, hearing the sorrows of the Orstein. Who had lost just as much as she, and yet was strong enough to bear it. To never give in to that darkness.

She listens to Sven, now. Taking warmth and comfort in his own words, as her heart weighs heavy.

Sacilia had found her path. It was now time for Maria to find hers. To continue walking this treacherous, long road. Filled with grief, strife, and pain.

Yet filled with beauty as well.

"..."

Maria smiles, clapping softly as well at the conclusion of the ceremony. Her own thoughts would start to wander, at the conclusion of both Sacilia's words and Sven's. About her own path in life, of the grief and sorrow in her heart, and her will to keep true to her path.

Her own convictions, her own justice...

Just like Sacilia, she'd continue her path. Her lonely, winding path.

But one she'd take all the same.

For Lavenza. For Levius.

And for herself.
(Maria Malibu)

[16:18] Esoti places a gentle hand on the small girl's shoulder, before gentle ropes of flame emerge from his lantern, and give a gentle hug towards Maria.

He doesn't understand exactly why she is sad, what circumstances brought this about, but he does understand the pain and tears she is trying to hold back, after all, he often does the same, hiding his pain under a veil of shyness.

As he comforts Maria, his gaze returns to Sacilia's speech. Once again, he winces almost reflexively at the words 'all mother', yet he pushes away whatever it is that plagues him, and continues his smile.
(Esoti Liam)

[16:25] "...?"

As the girl watched, she'd feel a cusp of a gentle warmth embrace her. It was not from the tree as she had felt before, but from the boy standing beside her.

Her eyes tell a story of sorrow. Yet appreciation all the same, as she smiles softly at his gesture. She too, held back her tears. She had cried and screamed enough, she thought to herself. Even while reminded of her sorrow, she knew it was best to hold on to her convictions rather than weep.

And yet, it was so hard.

So hard to keep those tears at bay. To remind yourself of the loss of people you have loved. The tears do eventually flow, if not silently. The girl wiping them away as soon as they came.

Not now, she thought.

Still, she smiles softly toward Esoti. Her glance capturing the boy's own veil of sorrow behind that spectacled gaze. She'd find it, looking at him. His own pain and sadness, hiding under a veil of what was beyond those glasses.

She nods, finally glancing back at the tree in front of her. Sharing a small moment with the Lam, even if it was a short one..

Sometimes those moments were what you cherished the most in the darkness.
(Maria Malibu)

[16:27] The lapine smiles, and lets out a soft giggle to her expression.
And surprises catches him, as she was able to already channel forth finnickly the Lifestream with her prayer. A small one, but warmth enough to accompagny a soul with a motherly embrace.

He expresses a smile to her gratefull hug, in which Svengalf réciproquâtes, taping her back in pride and congratulations.

"I am proud of you. And I can feel the motivation within your words.
I would love to teach you more. But it seems already you are able to help with people's prayers. Surely, a proof on your Faithfull dedication."

A soft nod follows, slowly releasing her.

"As an initiate, expectations are low. But as long you continue assisting others and help providing solace and relief, should they accept, may you call for Lady Alacritas to aid in their Journey.

And if you ever have more questions about her, do not be afraid to ask either me, or Azalea.

There is also a whole book about Alacritas in a shelf in the Heavenly Blossom Church, top ¨most row."

Through his senses, Svengalf could feel the thoughts within Maria. There is a gentle smile, as the canopy of Solais slowly shakes with a gust of wind, rippling the leaves. He turns towards Sacilia, nodding.

"I think, it would be a good occasion to help some people around with their worries, now that you can call for her aid. How convenient, to practice too !"
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[16:27] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "Hello Orianne, and hello Kindle !"
[16:27] Kindle Sandsker exclaims, "Hiya!"
[16:28] Orianne Aubreen says, "Hello, Svengalf."
[16:30] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Today is a great day ! We have a new initiate under Alacritas' tenets."
[16:30] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I present you all, Sacilia Ornstein."
[16:30] Sacilia Orstein says, "Thank you. "
[16:30] Orianne Aubreen says, "Hello."
[16:30] Sacilia Orstein She would approach Maria.
(Sacilia Orstein)

[16:30] Orianne Aubreen waves.
(Orianne Aubreen)

[16:30] Maria Malibu asks, "..?"
[16:32] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "All is well Orianne ?"
[16:33] Svengalf Sandsker says, "You look like you have been thrown under a chariot..."
[16:33] Orianne Aubreen says, "Oh, uhhh."
[16:34] Orianne Aubreen says, "I'm fine, I just finished a few battles."
[16:34] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Ha... are you hurt ?"
[16:34] Esoti Liam asks, "Do you need me to brew you a Lax?"
[16:34] Orianne Aubreen says, "No, no - a majority of the blood is belonging to the other side."
[16:34] Orianne Aubreen says, "I'm fine."
[16:35] Svengalf Sandsker sighs in relief.
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[16:35] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Alright... that's relieving."
[16:35] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I am glad you are safe."
[16:35] Orianne Aubreen says, "Thanks for the concern."
[16:35] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Who attacked you this time if I may ask ?"
[16:35] Orianne Aubreen says, "I should be fine, though."
[16:36] Orianne Aubreen says, "Fought Pierre, the Midpoint and the Republic are still on horrible terms."
[16:36] Orianne Aubreen says, ".. And, he also captured one of ours a few weeks back, despite him being a non-combatant."
[16:36] Kindle Sandsker asks, "Isn't Pierre sitting inside there right now?"
[16:36] Orianne Aubreen exclaims, "Yup!"
[16:36] Kindle Sandsker exclaims, "Or when I just left!"
[16:36] Kindle Sandsker says, "Ahuh..."
[16:36] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Mmfr... despite the loss, still no truce sadly..."
[16:36] Kindle Sandsker says, "They won't truce."
[16:36] Orianne Aubreen says, "Might as well just trade him back for some resources, could always use more."
[16:37] Kindle Sandsker says, "From what I've heard? I cannot see a time where both sides unite."
[16:37] Orianne Aubreen says, "And most certainly, they will not."
[16:37] Kindle Sandsker says, "Not until one is beaten..."
[16:37] Svengalf Sandsker says, "We will have to carry on what we know is for the best of us and our beloved then."
[16:38] Orianne Aubreen nods.
(Orianne Aubreen)

[16:38] Orianne Aubreen says, "At the very least, Sierade didn't disappoint."
[16:38] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Sierade ?"
[16:39] Orianne Aubreen raises the spear within his left-hand.
(Orianne Aubreen)

[16:39] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "... !"
[16:39] Svengalf Sandsker says, "That spear... "
[16:40] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I recognize it..."
[16:40] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Where did you find it ?"
[16:40] Orianne Aubreen says, "My mother gave me it."
[16:40] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I see... Please, do take care of it."
[16:40] Svengalf Sandsker says, "This spear belonging to a good friend of mine too."
[16:41] Orianne Aubreen nods.
(Orianne Aubreen)

[16:41] Svengalf Sandsker says, "And to your sibling too"
[16:41] Orianne Aubreen says, "No, no.. It's.."
[16:41] Orianne Aubreen says, "Hmm."
[16:41] Orianne Aubreen says, "Biologically, Azalea is my Grandmother."
[16:41] She would smile widely at his words, There is one nearby who needed aid. One who has been through much similar to her.

Walking to Maria, her family not by blood but by hardships was their relationship forged. Through death did they bond and now in faith will they strive.

"Maria, we have been through a lot. We have lost loved ones and family but we stand strong." She would gently embrace the Malibu of the same age as her. A hug filled with warmth feeling as if Meryl was embracing her.

The embrace of one who loves and cares deeply for the other. "I know you suffer as I have.. Though there are brighter times ahead of us both." The prayer begins as she smiles widely. "Mother Alacritas smiles down upon us both."

She wouldn't grieve she wouldn't falter. She had to be strong for Maria for she still grieves the loss of her kin by blood. Wounds that cut deep as not one but two has been inflicted.

"May my sisterfind her joy in life. May she smile widely despite the hardships she has faced." She would begin to glow a slight gold. Holy mana embraces her, hugging her.

The gentleness of this mana now radiating and warming whilst she prays. "May she find her voice so she may speak and pray if she so pleases. May she blessed by life and find her path in it."

She separates slightly from the hug, placing a hand on the head of Maria. The hand glowing a soft golden hue. Transferring warmth and life into her.

"May her heart find clarity and hope. May this prayer and blessing be spread to those she interacts with everyday. May her joy radiate and her smile be contagious."

Her prayer ends and a blessing given. Eyes of kindness meet Maria's and a warming smile comforts. "You are so strong but it's okay to cry. Cry as much as your heart desires. Anytime you feel like you need to cry my shoulder will be there for you."
(Sacilia Orstein)

[16:41] Orianne Aubreen says, "She stated Kava was my.. Mmm.."
[16:41] Orianne Aubreen says, "Mother, mother."
[16:41] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "... Oh !"
[16:42] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "That's new. I learn new things still, ha !"
[16:42] Orianne Aubreen says, "I'll make sure to take care of it, of course. "
[16:42] Svengalf Sandsker says, "But still. It is family for you"
[16:42] Svengalf Sandsker smiles towards Orianne, nodding.
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[16:42] Orianne Aubreen nods.
(Orianne Aubreen)

[16:48] Milos Prithvi says, "Hellooo~"
[16:48] Milos Prithvi asks, "Oh! Svengalf, may I ask you a request?"
[16:48] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Hello Milos"
[16:48] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "What's up ?"
[16:49] Milos Prithvi asks, "I would like to practice what I learned in Wayfinding, would you be able to supervise?"
[16:49] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Ha, not today..."
[16:50] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "But did you fllow the class?"
[16:50] Milos Prithvi says, "Awh! Okay."
[16:50] Milos Prithvi exclaims, "Yep! I drew the runes alongside our teacher, and tried to visualise it!"
[16:50] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Tomorrow perhaps ?"
[16:51] Milos Prithvi says, "That's perfect, then! Thank you~~"
[16:51] Sacilia Orstein says, "Can I be present aswell? I also am practicing wayfinding."
[16:51] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I guess then."
[16:51] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Two birds one stone"
[16:52] Milos Prithvi exclaims, "I... Was mostly just thinking of Svengalf being there so I don't accidentally blow myself up, so if you're ready to start working with the runes let's!"
[16:52] Milos Prithvi exclaims, "I feel bad, asking him to teach a whole lesson!"
[16:52] Svengalf Sandsker says, "And if you do. Well."
[16:52] Sacilia Orstein says, "Oh I may need to be a rune caster then huh.."
[16:52] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I will pull your pieces back."
[16:53] Kindle Sandsker says, "I'll be there too hopefully."
[16:53] Milos Prithvi says, "Hohoho! Per-"
[16:53] Kindle Sandsker says, "I went to that class also."
[16:53] Milos Prithvi exclaims, "Kindle! I was about to look for you!"
[16:53] Kindle Sandsker says, "I guess uncle Sven's giant crystal is hiding me."
[16:53] Milos Prithvi says, "You... Blended in with the rocks..."
[16:56] The little Malibu's gaze flicks to Sacilia. They widen, filled with the selfsame sorrow as the other. Their bond forged through pain and suffering. A shared sense of sorrow for the ones who were lost.

Who deserved a second chance.

Who did not deserve their fates

She listens to the newly baptized woman's words. She holds out a hand, grabbing gently into the softened palms of her peer. She is embraced, held gently within the kindness of this woman's arms.

Maria had forgotten how gentle that embrace was. To have someone hold you tight, tell you that it was okay. That everything was going to be okay.

Her path was a lonely one. But it did not mean she entirely, was alone. With two family members gone, she learns to cherish the ones she still has.

To protect them.

To make sure she'd never go through this pain again.

And it was Sacilia's gentle words that help her maintain her conviction.

This was atime of grieving, but also a time of growth. Her canary hues flicker toward her 'sister', a smile gently caressing her features.

She couldn't cry. Not now, she told herself.

"..."

She'd hope to live up to those words. To find joy in life, despite all of the many hardships and sorrow. To find her purpose and her path, as lonely as it may be.

A contagious smile indeed, as Maria clutches her heart with melancholy. She smiles softly anyway. A sign of her conviction to keep going. The warmth that radiated off the Orstein more than enough to grant her the gentle reprieve she so desperately desired.

May she find her voice, may she find her joy and her path.

May she find her heart. And find the hope within.

'Strong?'

'I am not strong...' she thinks to herself, shaking her head as she held tight to her sister's palms. She continues to shake her head, eyes held shut to prevent the waterworks from flowing.

'If i was strong, I would have been able to protect them. I would have been able to stop this' she told herself, her voice echoing in her psyche.

She blamed herself.

How couldn't she? How couldn't anyone?

"..."

The mute girl finds it impossible to prevent the waterworks. She cries. Weeps tears of sorrow for her fallen siblings. Who had brought nothing but joy and passion in her heart. For the ones who had taught her to keep moving forward, despite all of the pain.

What was the point to give up? What was the point to weep? When your life had only just begun?

She wanted to live. As much as it pained her, as many times as she told herself how easy it would be to let it end. She wanted to live. For Levius and Lavenza. For herself.

And for her family.

Maria weeps, sniffling as the tears start to flow. She stumbles on Sacilia, whimpering as the pain starts to flow into her heart once again.

Unbearable, awful pain.

Yet the selfsame that fueled her heart.

She clutches the poor woman, holding her tight and finally giving her ample time to weep. Hadn't she done this enough...? She thought...

Maybe not enough.

The pain would never go away. The scar would never fully heal. Yet it was better to cry like this, than alone.

She had done enough of that, already.
(Maria Malibu)

[17:02] The Elder observed Sacilia's methods. His eyes gaze in an emeraldine light, sensing the auras within her and the Lifestream bending to call upon the Constant of Life.

She learned fast already. Truly, it seemed like she knew the subject way before accepting the baptize. The validity of emotions, positive and negative, was important.

To Maria, despite her unable to share words, her expression would be Worth thousands of words instead to explain how much the loss affected her. To her thoughts, Svengalf would reply, in general.

"Strength is not only a question of muscle. It is a also a question of faith and confidence.

Everyone has an inner strength to follow."

He returns towards Sacilia, smiling.

"You are Learning fast ! Keep going on this path, I am confident you succeed and gather more prayers and favours from the Lady of Silver."
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[17:08] Milos Prithvi says, "I... Feel the urge to type into the Atrellyan transceiver with every passing day."
[17:08] Milos Prithvi says, "... Mostly, because I don't have any -other- channel..."
[17:09] Svengalf Sandsker asks, "Atrellya's channel ?"
[17:09] Milos Prithvi says, "Yep! Ylva gave me an atrellyan one. From the one she captured."
[17:10] Milos Prithvi says, "... Linden has -mine-."
[17:10] A helmed man floats in from the South, travelling towards the Frontier's dungeon. He spots two he hadn't expected to see for a while.
The gambler-gunslinger, set off on a journey.
Lavenza's partner, whom he'd had few chances to speak with, and none since their death. He takes note of a shift in her aura - the occult scent no longer apparent. Instead she radiated akin to the flame he holds within.

'So this is what Lavenza meant. Becoming a priest?'

His thought drifted into the square as he floated by. No words shared, but a wave to her and Maria both as he passed.

He knew he'd encounter them soon.
(Aricles Alline)

[17:10] Whilst Maria cries Sacilia would speak softly. Her words but a whisper but might as well be booming. They hold the weight of hope. "It's not your fault. It's no one's fault. We couldn't have been prepared for it."

Her words hold meaning and merit they carry truth. The truth may be painful sometimes but if it was a means to heal then they were words that brough good. She would listen to Sven speak, it doesn't fall on deaf ears but she was in the process of healing.

"Levius and Lavenza both would be proud of you. You are strong, you are loved and they are always watching. For I believe a person dies twice.. Once when Alacritas hands them to Morytl to ferry across to the other side."

She would gently rub the back of Maria letting her know all will be okay. "The second when they are forgotten.. Never let the memories you had with them go.. Hold them in your heart forever and they will never truly die.."

It was a weird saying and belief but those whose names are lost to time can never be remember and thus they are truly gone. In her eyes this is reality and each person has a chance to create a legacy so they may live 'forever'.

While Lev and Lav fell young they still left a legacy they still left an impact on their loved ones and that is to be cherished.

She'd let Maria cry til they had let out all those sorrows and grief. Let them grieve as much as they desired. "Things will get better. Just never forget the kindness they gave you. It's time to be stronger and better for them."

This is the resolve of Sacilia even whilst grieving she desired to be better so that she may make those she lost proud even in death. For death is a part of life that is integral and to accept it is to accept how beautiful life is.
(Sacilia Orstein)

[17:15] Maria holds tightly to her sister. She weeps heavily, wanting naught more than for the pain to finally end.

And yet, if it wasn't for that pain?

She wouldn't be here.

She wouldn't be walking her path, marking her own story and legacy on this world. Lavenza and Levius would be proud, knowing she'd continue to walk.

That she'd continue to remember.

Until the day Alacritas hands her to Mortyl herself, she will remember.

"..."

A final sniffle, as the girl wipes away her tears.

Maria would walk her path, living their legacies. For they were not truly dead, with them both in her heart.

She nods, finally exiting the embrace as the tears are wiped away. Words filled with hope and love. Words to ground her, remind Maria of her justice.

It was time to be stronger and better. For them.

For the ones she had lost, and the ones she can still save.

The ones she can stillprotect.

"..."

Maria finishes grieving. At least for now, she wipes her years, nodding at those gentle words. She furrows her brow, her conviction set in stone once again.

For now, she exits the embrace. A sigh escapes her lips, watery eyes still flowing, yet wiped away.

It was time to keep walking, she told herself.

To keep on this path, this lonesome road she'd walk.

For the journey made it all worth it.
(Maria Malibu)

[17:17] Milos Prithvi is slowly being lulled to sleep by the soft purr of JoySeeker.
(Milos Prithvi)

[17:17] Kindle Sandsker splashed Milos with water.
(Kindle Sandsker)

[17:18] Svengalf Sandsker says, "Sacillia, I will be heading to sleep soon."
[17:18] Svengalf Sandsker says, "I wish you best of luck in your day. "
[17:18] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "And, congratulation once more !"
[17:18] Sacilia Orstein exclaims, "You too and thank you!"
[17:18] Svengalf Sandsker says, "May you be proud of this day."
[17:18] Sacilia Orstein exclaims, "I think I'm off to a strong start!"
[17:18] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "Mmhmh !"
[17:19] Svengalf Sandsker exclaims, "Take care everyone !"
[17:19] Milos Prithvi exclaims, "...And...you...!"
[17:20] Svengalf Sandsker offers a wave towards everyone, smiling Sacillia and Maria, as he leaves.
(Svengalf Sandsker)

[17:20] Milos Prithvi barely manages a nod.
(Milos Prithvi)

[17:20] She'd give Maria a wide proud smile. It was abundantly clear she find her conviction it was written across her eyes. The new look she gives speaks a million words whilst they depart from the hug.

New life and meaning sprung forth. The same conviction Sacilia had in hers. She doesn't need to say anything else for she knows Maria is set in stone now.

"I'll see you soon. I have to head off now. Be safe and may Alacritas guide you." She chuckles ruffles the hair of Maria.

Turning to head to her apartment to rest. For she was tired aswell and wanted to rest.
(Sacilia Orstein)

[17:23] Maria nods, smiling allowing for Sacilia to be off. She gives a light wave, now turning to Esoti.

She starts to sign, tilting her head to the side and giving off an awkward demeanor.

"[I am sorry you had to see that. I am not really a cry baby.]" she jests, gesturing to herself and smiling lightly.

"[But thank you, Sacilia.]" she tells her sister. Waving them off and allowing them to rest, attention turned to the boy in her stead.

"[Are you...from here?]" she simply asks, tilting her head with curiosity and purposely delaying her gestures, as if pondering on what to say.
(Maria Malibu)

[17:25] Esoti reaches up to put his hand on Sacilia's shoulder, smiling with approval.

"I know I'm not the most verbose person, but you did a good thing today, and you should be proud of how far you've come. Go and rest for now."
(Esoti Liam)

[17:27] Esoti turns to the blonde girl.

"Yes, I live here in Frontier. I was... disowned by my family at the age of fourteen, and wandered until I decided to settle down here."
(Esoti Liam)

[17:34] Maria was given the chance to weep. To let out her grief, if not for just a few moments. With her tears finally halting, she takes the time to continue her path yet again. The time for tears was over now.

It was time to move on.

What better way to continue than to meet new people?

She nods in agreement as Esoti speaks. Seeing that indeed, Sacilia did a good thing today. She had her own demons to fight. Her own sorrow to cope with. She needed time to grieve as well. Perhaps what she did today was a mere step in that direction of recovery. As it was for Maria.

Her attention is turned off her sister as she departs, glancing at the spectacled gaze of the boy in front of her. Maria seemed rather innocent. Playful, even. Wanting to forgo the memories and sorrow for just a moment. If not to speak with someone she found rather...

Well, bland.

But perhaps that was what was intriguing. A boy so bland looking and unremarkable? Surely there was more to him that just that, right?

["Aw. I see. I am sorry to hear that."] she gestures, a sigh escaping her lips as she inquired.

["No one deserves that. Why did your family disown you?"] she asks, continuing to sign and gesture a variety of words. She was an expert at sign language, of course. She needed to be to communicate.

Unfortunately, not everyone knew sign language. But those that did? Were much easier to speak with.

["I am also wandering right now. I guess I am trying to find myself. Something like that. I am not even sure why or where I am going. I just want to go where the wind takes me. That's what my brother did."] she nods, awaiting the boy's response.
(Maria Malibu)

[17:40] Esoti's eyes close as he's asked the inevitable question... why.

He's long since run out of tears on this subject. His frustration, anger, and disdain have similarly burned out, leaving behind only a stoic reality, stated blandly.

"They're a cult that hates mages and worships Atmos. I just awoke to magic one day... and I was disowned the moment I came home."

He speaks with near total distance from the subject, almost as though he were giving a book report, rather than events that happened to him.

His tone of voice does change to be slightly happier.

"And eventually, I met someone who decided to give me a chance in Frontier. Someone who was willing to help teach me, and guide me, even though I didn't understand a lot of things socially."
(Esoti Liam)

[17:49] ["I see. I am sorry. I would hope you are doing better here, though?"] Maria gestures, looking around the oasis that was Frontier. So that was where the sadness in his eyes came from.

Maria's hues turn to empathy. She smiles softly, nodding as the boy spoke to her.

["I know how it feels to be lonely. To feel like an outcast. I can be your friend, if you want."] she says softly. Her smile turns into a playful expression, as she tilts her head alongside her query.

She doesn't lurk into the subject any longer. She didn't want to make the poor boy uncomfortable, after all. She knew how painful it was to dig deep into sorrowful memories.

For now, however?

"..."

She ponders what to say. Her eyes glance about, the vastness of the Frontier and it's sights and sounds capturing her senses. She walks across from Esoti, pondering her future.

Her hands would be clasped behind her back as she walked, staring into the waning sky. The desolate sands still flow, to which she'd continue to ponder.

That always was the question, was it?

Why?

"...Mm." she turns around, facing Esoti once again. ["I get it"] she signs, nodding gently.

["I suppose I am looking for the same thing. A chance."] she argues. Yet was the Frontier a place to call home? She did not know.

Her path had only just begun, after all.

["Socially? You seem fine to me."] she approaches. Gesturing rapidly now. Her expressions on her face would be easy to tell, for she communicated with more than just gestures. She smiles in a teasing manner, playfully taking the boy's glasses from his face.

"..."

Was she...testing him? Trying to gauge a reaction? Or was she merely being playful?

Maria starts to...clean his glasses with a softened part of her cardigan. Maybe they were a but dusty or had some scratches that she didn't like. Maybe it bugged her, looking at them for so long. She places them back on his face. A friendly gesture. And better yet, Esoti being able to see much more clearly!

"Heh." she smiles, nodding with approval and giving a thumbs up. As if she were saying ["Much better."]
(Maria Malibu)

[17:57] Esoti shakes his head a bit.

"I don't mind being your friend, but the way you phrased it made it sound like it was almost out of pity. I'm fine with being alone, I really am. If you want to be my friend, then let's be friends, just don't let it be out of pity."

His expression then changes to a slight smile.

"I've come a long way in those three years. I'm still confused about some things, but I can handle most things."

He then blushes deeply as his face is reached towards, and his glasses cleaned.

"L-L-LIKE THAT! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RESPOND!"

(Esoti Liam)

[17:58] Esoti Liam panics adorably.
(Esoti Liam)

[18:05] "Heh...hehe!"

Maria giggles softly, trying her hardest to hide her laughter. Perhaps she was just gauging his personality. Certainly he wasn't all bland and boring, right?

["Can't handle that, can you?"]

["A thank you would be nice..."] she huffs, crossing her arms after gesturing and giving Esoti a rather sassy pout.

Either that, or she had some sort of sadistic side to her.

["You are thinking too much. I want to be your friend because I want to be your friend."] she gestures back to Esoti. There was no sense of pity from her voice. She just simply knew how it was to be alone. And didn't want anyone else to feel the same.

["I'm the same way, I think. But we are young. I'm sure we'll figure it out."]

"Mm." she stops her hand signs. Speaking so much like this left her exhausted!

"Hm..."

She still continues tosmile in a playful manner. She walks up to Esoti, watching him panic had certainly cheered her up.

Wow, maybe she did have a sadistic side.

"Heh."

["I have to go. But it was nice meeting you, Esoti."]

["It's always nice to have a friend."]

["See you next time."]

Maria...pokes his nose. Was she teasing him? Or merely just gesturing goodbye?

She waves, winking before taking her leave.
(Maria Malibu)

[18:07] Esoti panics.

Social interaction! None of the situations he had planned for came remotely close to this!

PANIC!

PANIC!

With his snoot properly booped, he turns red and sprints north.
(Esoti Liam)

[18:08] Maria Malibu says, "Heh..."
[18:08] Maria Malibu thinks, "...He's kinda cute....hm..."
