The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a great option if you're on a tight budget and don't require an extra stroller that can be used as car seat carriers. It comes with a flip-flop-friendly one-step footbrake.

It's easy to push, and it is solid when navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a name as the ultimate light-weight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, thanks to its nimble maneuverability and foldable design that can be tucked away in aeroplane overhead luggage. The most recent version comes with independent suspension on all four wheels comprised of Hytrel elastomer, which allows it to effortlessly traverse all terrains and types'.

The YOYO2 frame base, curved fabric bassinet and the 6+ month color pack create a stylish pushchair that's easy to look at with a subtle yet elegant design and a tasteful branding. The base frame weighs less than a kilogram and is so light it is able to be lifted from the box with just one hand.

The hood, for instance snaps onto the YOYO2 in a calm way. It is also machine washable at 30 degrees which helps prevent staining caused by smushed and mashed carrot puffs and rice cakes. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as prams. It could also be converted to a stroller by 6 months with the YOYO connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is an excellent choice for parents who are looking for a versatile stroller. The Evenflo Pivot can be transformed from a stroller into an actual wagon by flipping the handle. Parents can then select which one is the best fit for their needs. The wagon can accommodate one or two children from 6 months to five years old. It comes with a large storage basket that will hold all your necessities when you are on the move.

The Xplore also comes with two canopies that rotate from the front to the back, offering ample sun coverage for all family members. It has a smaller footprint than some wagons. This may not be suitable for long journeys or napping.

The frame of the Xplore feels sturdy and solid but it doesn't have as much flexibility as other wagons we tried. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the other models and it doesn't secure when folded. It is easy to move however, and it is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side


This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents seeking an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It scored a dazzling score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and fold size that means it's light, compact when folded and easy to move into a trunk of a car or closet. It also features a multi-position reclined seat and a cup holder for the parent. Other key features include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels.

It performed better in our push and turn test than most of the other strollers we tested, but it is nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has are among the ones we tested the smallest, providing only direct overhead coverage and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have significantly larger canopies.

It took us just under 3 minutes to assemble the Delta with a manual. The parts are all non-required and required tools. It's lacking certain features we consider essential for a double stroller. This includes an extra-large basket, reclining seats and adjustable leg rests.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's latest pushchair and is marketed as a travel system for urban use. It can be used from birth to around 3.5-years-old. The carrycot and seat can be easily converted with just a few clicks. It can also be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats, and comes with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-in-car base, and a reversible car.

It's a breeze to maneuver, and the one-hand recline of the seat and the huge shopping basket make it easy for parent-tots to get the child in and out quickly. The narrow pushchair sailed through everyday bumps and doorways with ease.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward position, or they can rotate. This is helpful when navigating rough terrain. While walking through the stony trail, we let them move and it handled this fairly well, though it did appear more bumpy than the other models in our test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is famous for their all-terrain, 3-wheeler Jogging pushchairs, however they also offer a great assortment of strollers with four wheels. The City Tour 2 is one of their most popular models. It folds easily and fits easily in the boot of a car even with the carrycot attached.

It's a bit heavier than the other strollers we test, but the wheels are rubber composite so it feels well-made and sturdy. It is easy to maneuver across different terrains, and even with two children, a shopping bag and other things.

The carrycot and the seat both come with hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are sturdy and waterproof, unlike other hoods for prams, which can be blown back into toddlers' faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it does have a large basket deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. You can also pair it with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies that weigh up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you require a stroller that is able to be taken on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an ideal choice.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of a large number of parents when it first appeared. It is an aluminium-framed stroller that can be used from baby's first days to beyond. It has a number of notable features, including the possibility of flipping the seat between parent and the world, a large UPF 50+ canopy, an eye shade that flips out, a spacious basket and adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are durable and filled with foam which minimizes punctures. The chassis is equipped with built-in suspension which takes the sting out of rough terrain. Our tester found it smooth to push and was able to manoeuvre it through tight streets with ease.

It folds in four simple steps and locks automatically without hassle. Single Pushchair sale can also be rolled and raised for easier transport down the stairs, or in the trunk of the car. It also comes with a travel system equipped with the option to add a car seat and a carrycot using the included adaptors. The brakes have one action and are color coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget pushchair is easy to use and has a fantastic dual suspension. It folds using just one hand, and comes with a handy carrying strap. It's also extremely light and durable. The seat can be reclined into various positions. It also is equipped with a double breathable mattress that's suitable from birth.

The canopy/seat comes with two big sun visors, which can be either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't perfect it's not as quiet as Velcro and could wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is a stroller that can be used side-by-side and can be set up to take twins or siblings (up to a maximum of 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and some carrycots. In twin mode, the seats can be placed so that they face each other. They can also be positioned towards the parents. This can help to reduce sibling disputes over who sits with mom and dad. It comes with a large tray for gears, a bottle holder and snack trays. It also has a compact stand fold, and an automatic frame lock.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger for parents who love to be active. It's one of the lightest strollers that you can buy for your child. It also comes with great safety features, including the 5-point safety harness and wrist safety straps. It comes with a different kind of hand brake than other models that are a twist.

The seat is comfortable and has a wide area to sit, but the depth of the seat is lower than other joggers we've tested (it's about 10"). The storage bin comes with an open-top cover that can be closed to keep items secure. It can hold up to 10 pounds. It is enough for the majority of diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 isn't compatible with infant car seats or bassinets as it comes, but you can use it right from the start with the purchase of adapters to most seats from brands such as BOB, Graco, Combi, Evenflo, Britax, and UPPAbaby. It's easy to fold and put together in 5-10 minutes without any tools. The instruction manual is simple to understand and is available in multiple languages.
