Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to drink. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.

Strength - 3 is gentle and easygoing, great for relaxing weekends.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast with the sweet, citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winter's afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a warm hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from over extracting and forming unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just boiled. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge and relax.
