Kisaki Bond Story Episode 2
K: Now then, as this one hath promised.
K: Today is the day of my [Duty], and thus shall be paying Schale a visit.
S: I know. You're free to come anytime.
K: Fumi.
K: A most heartening reply.
K: Well then, this one shall see you soon.
K: ...Fufu, this one's attendants were in a frenzy.
K: 'The Head Priest should not extend a branch so leisurely to outsiders... as this would damage her dignity...'
K: As for what this one truly desired, it was but the opportunity to be [indolent].
S: Eh, seriously!?
K: Fufu, tis but a jest.
S: You sure...?
K: However, as the situation shifts like the season- so too does the authenticity of this one's feelings change in validity.
S: Which is it!?
K: Fufu. Is it not a bemusing game to guess which is which?
K: Very well. Let us proceed to business.
K: Though this one may be unfamiliar in dealings with Schale-
K: Umu. Before that...

S: What's this?
K: Tis a remedy that shall soothe thou of any fatigue, mental or physical.
K: When I informed the others of mine visit to Schale, the Alchemical Research Society saw fit to prepare some for this one.
K: Well then, let us begin. Time is golden, is it not?
And so, I started working with Kisaki...
K: Fumu... [Individual distributors flocking to a building in an old town].
K: [Complaints from neighbouring residents, concerns that the area's security station is detereorating]...
K: [Due to this, we request a written opinion and cooperation from Schale.]... it seems.
S: How would you handle this?
K: Let this one think... were we to use the ways of Genryumon...
K: What does thou think of the [disposing of the problematic area]?
S: I think that's a bit excessive...
K: ...Is that so?
K: This one should heed her surroundings more? ...fumu.
K: Genryumon's solution would still be the most effective remedy... but there is merit in what thou says.
K: The next one is... [Students expressing dissatisfaction due to lack of supplies of the latest firearms and ammunition.]...?
K: Indeed, firearms are vital to Kivotos. No less than food, clothing or shelter.
S: (So it's that important..)
K: It is natural that voices of protest have arose over this matter. We shall have to investigate the suspect of this incident...
K: Ah... from what the texts speak of, the supplier has committed fraud.
K: In Genryumon, such a misdeed would earn the offender a physical punishment.
S: Violence is a bit much...
K: ...Of course, this one does not mean to wield her power like a flail.
K: But perhaps thou already knows of this fact?
K: In this world, some things cannot be remedied by law alone.
K: In that case- after a thorough interrogation, once the charges are verified, the offender shall meet swift death immediately!
S: I think the death penalty is TOO much!
K: Ah, but the 'swift death' in question was purely metaphorical. Fear not.
S: It's banned anyways! Forbidden!
K: I-is that so...
K: It seems today's labour has concluded.
K: It was shorter compared to thou's usual days? Fufu, this one is glad to be of assistance.
K: 'Your decisions were decisive, but rather extreme...?'
K: ...Fumu. It seems the world will need time to accept the ways of Geryumon.
K: Now then, what is the next step of thine schedule?
K: Hm? Work seldom concludes this quickly, so thou is unsure of how to spend the time? Fumu.

From somewhere within the room, a sweet scent emanates.
It seems to be from the incense burner Kisaki brought
K: Sensei? Thy features grow white...
K: Oh my... you forsook sleep for 3 days?
K: To think that Schale's burdens could be such a tribulation... it is an urgent matter. Let's see... follow this one, Sensei.
Break room
K: Now then, lie on me. This one shall lend you her lap.
K: Fufu. It seems you have endured for quite some time. Leave all your troubles to this one.
K: Close thine eyes... yes. Now slowly inhale, and exhale... there, just like that.
You close your eyes
When I closed my eyes, the lines between dream and reality blurred.
K: A small, soft hand gently ruffles my hair...
K: Such calm on your face... it must be a truly blissful dream thou is having.
K: But. If one is within the realm of dreams... it means that they have yet to pass the gates of true slumber.
A warm hand is placed on my forehead
K: There exists an old saying...
K: A person who dreamt of becoming a butterfly, and soared through the air.
(The fingertips on my forehead slowly slid down to my cheek)
K: So satisfied was he with the life of a butterfly, that he began to lose track of his original being.
K: When he awoke from his dream, he was confronted with the reality of his flesh.
(Her hands stopped gently around my neck)
K: The person asked himself. Am I the butterfly, or was the butterfly me?
K: Or perhaps, is the questioning of things that cannot be distinguished irrelevant to begin with?
(When I woke up, Kisaki and her incense burner had both disappeared.)
(The feeling I woke up with was so strange that I couldn't even tell if Kisaki had truly been at Schale to begin with.)
Momotalk
K: How is thoust feeling now?
S: Much better.
S: I have a question, you DID come to Schale today, right?
K: Hmm.
K: I see...
K: ...
K: Fufu.
K: What shalt thou do if this one were to reply: "This one too is unsure."?
S: What's that supposed to mean!?
K: The Dream of a Butterfly...
K: A truly fascinating tale, was it not?
K: Well, more importantly.
K: I managed to capture quite the cute photo of thou's sleeping features.
S: Since when!?
