- Anyone can play! No MMR or regional restrictions.

Schedule
All days start at 8 AM EDT / 2 PM CEST / 9 PM KST and are expected to last ~4 hours, possibly up to ~5 hours.
- Group Stage 1, Groups A thru C Saturday, August 2nd
- Group Stage 1, Groups D thru F: Sunday, August 3rd
- Group Stage 2, Groups A and B: Saturday, August 9th
- Group Stage 2, Groups C and D: Sunday, August 10th
- Playoffs, Quarterfinals: Saturday, August 16th
- Playoffs, Semifinals + Finals: Sunday, August 17th
Participants
- There will be 28 participants in total.
- 4 participants will be seeded from the Fall Championship directly into the Group Stage 2.
- 8 participants will advance from the Season 2 Standings.
- Up to 8 participants will qualify from the StarCraft Evolution League #13 and #14.
- 4 participants will qualify from the Last Chance Qualifier, where participation is reserved for those who have yet to qualify by July 5th.
- The remaining players will be invited directly.
- The organizer reserves the right to fill any unforeseen vacancies in any way they see fit.
Format
- Group Stage 1: Dual Tournament format.
- All matches except Deciding Match are Best-of-3.
- Deciding Match is Best-of-5.
- Top 2 players of each group advance to the Group Stage 2.
- Group Stage 2: Dual Tournament format.
- All matches except Deciding Match are Best-of-3.
- Deciding Match is Best-of-5.
- Top 2 players of each group advance to the Playoffs.
- Playoffs: Single-elimination bracket.
- Quarterfinals are Best-of-5.
- Semifinals are Best-of-7.
- Finals are Best-of-9.
- BW/SC2 rules:
- You must play 1 BW race and 1 SC2 race for the whole event. No race-switching.
- All games are BW vs SC2 only. No BW vs BW or SC2 vs SC2.
- Map 1: A picks who is BW and SC2.
- Remaining maps: Loser of last map picks who is BW and SC2.
- Vetoes:
- First-named player in each match is A, second-named player is B.
- Best-of-3: ABBAAB BAC
- Best-of-5: ABBA BABAC
- Best-of-7: AB BABABAC
- Best-of-9: BABABABAC
- First-named player in each match is A, second-named player is B.
- Server: Whatever is fairest. If you are unsure, please consult this table.
- If possible, please try to give B starting ping advantage.
- For example, if A is from Korea and B is from Europe, then a Best-of-3 series will be played on US Central, then US West, then US Central.

You are required to use SEL versions of StarCraft 2 maps. They feature superior QA, as well as potentially modified terrain features.

Prize Pool
- Base Prize: $5000
- 1st: $1400 (28%)
- 2nd: $700 (14%)
- 3rd-4th: $400 (8%)
- 5th-8th: $200 (4%)
- 9th-12th: $150 (3%)
- 13th-16th: $100 (2%)
- 17th-22nd: $50 (1%)
- 23rd-28th: $0 (0%)
- Crowdfunded prizes will be added to the base prizes, divided according to the above percentages.
- Prizes are paid out via Matcherino. If you cannot accept Matcherino payments, please consult an admin before participating.
Other Rules
- When in doubt, ask an admin!
- Be kind and respectful to others. No cheating, hacking, or excessive BM or toxicity. Violators and troublemakers may be removed from the bracket and banned from future events.
- Walkover timer is 15 minutes. Please contact an admin if you have been waiting for more than 15 minutes after your match has been made available on Challonge.
- You may be asked to present evidence to support your walkover claim, so please be ready to do so.
- No unauthorized casters and observers.
- Barcode accounts are strongly discouraged. Barcodes who cannot be identified may be disqualified.
- Players may stream their own games, but they do so at their own risk.
- Admins will interpret and enforce these rules. If unforeseen circumstances arise, admins have the final say.
