ADanceOfFireAndIceShipping, commonly referred to as ADOFAIShipping and sometimes shortened to FAIshipping, is the slash ship between Cole and Grusha from the Pokémon series.
Other names for this ship include IceCoald, MethaneHydrate, ClimateShipping, and IcyHotShipping.

Core Games
Cole's first hint at his relationship with Grusha is shown in his dialogue when he gives the player a Larvesta Egg. This dialogue only appears if the player had completed his side-quest at the Desert Resort. He mentions getting an invite to a different region from a close friend, followed by an unserious remark about how his Larvesta would "melt the icy peak away".
This is a very indirect reference, as there were many mountains known for 'icy' climates in Pokémon games preceding Black and White, which lead fans to believe Cole was implying his 'friend' to be Red, and the location being Mt. Silver. However, Cole and Grusha's relationship is more explicitly stated in the post-game, if the player interacts with him in Relic Castle. Among his dialogue, Cole states that his afforementioned 'close friend' was going to 'teach [him] to snowboard', followed by saying "He's really good. You'll see".
At the time of Black and White's release, there weren't any characters known for their snowboarding skill within the Pokémon series, and the fact remained for 12 years until the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, where Grusha is introduced.

Spin-off Games
Grusha makes an appearance as an unlockable trainer in the spin-off game Pokémon Masters EX. In this game, Grusha has several instances of dialogue that are either implied to be about Cole, or directly acknowledge him.
Cole does not make a physical appearance in Masters, but Grusha's mentions of him imply that Cole exists within the timeline of the game.
