DATES AND FLIRTATIONS

Freeze FrameMEDICAL HISTORY
In 1986, Donna had a psychotic break when her father showed her a mysterious photograph. It turned out to be a photo of John Hudson with her newborn babies. Donna had cracked when it looked like her deepest, secret fear was true, that John was the father of her children.

Freeze FrameIn 1988, Donna miscarried a son. The injury was thought to have left her incapable of carrying any more children. But by the end of the year, she was informed that there was a very good chance she would be able to conceive and carry a child.

In 1994, Donna feared she was pregnant (by Matthew), but this turned out to be a false alarm. Then she thought she was going through menopause, but this was just another false alarm. Donna was suffering from a slight hormonal imbalance.

Freeze FrameLEGAL HISTORY
In 1991, during her daughter Marley Hudson's trial for the shooting of Jake McKinnon, Donna stood up in court and to the astonishment of everyone, claimed to have been the one who shot Jake. She was immediately put in jail, where she remained for several weeks. Donna was innocent though and was merely trying to protect her daughter from the possibility of going to jail herself. She was released shortly after due to lack of evidence.

Freeze FrameIn 1996 Donna became unglued when the police began questioning Matthew Cory about the stalker killings. Her erratic behavior led them to suspect Donna herself. The stalker noticed this and began planting evidence to make Donna look guilty. She was arrested and spent time in prison before being found innocent.

CURRENT AND FORMER OCCUPATIONS
While largely a socilate in her early life, Donna is in fact a very astute businesswoman. She's worked at both Visions and at Hudson Enterprises, and was once the owner of Bay City General Hospital. One of her earliest jobs was when she was once hired in 1983 to redecorate the Cory Publishing offices.
Donna acquired KBAY-TV in 1993. Although we didn't see her there in the late 1990s, she still retained control of it.
In 1997 Donna bought the Harbor Club from Grant Harrison. She thought it would be a swell excuse to throw parties. Later that year, she ran for mayor against Grant. Soon after she was defeated, he gave her the position of commissioner of cultural affairs.
