Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9100 is to be watched through security cameras at all times. He has a tracking device implanted in his body and was provided with devices to communicate with the foundation's higher ups in case anything unusual happens.
If any encounters with another anomaly is made, at least nine Mobile Task Force Xi-13 units must be sent to his location to secure or assist the anomaly.
A team of janitors (and such) is to be sent to SCP-9100's location to cleanse the anomaly of any impurities and check if he is injured in any way.
Anybody who finds SCP-9100 is allowed to interact with him in a peaceful way.
Description: SCP-9100 is a man identified as "Donald ▇▇▇▇▇". He is a lean humanoid male in his thirties with brown eyes, curly black hair, short beard, Brazilian-American descendant and fair skin.
SCP-9100's waist and body is connected to the driver's seat of a brandless red car that resembles a Corolla. His organs, muscles and body fat are all connected in the car. More specifically, the heart is found in the place of the engine, the body fat is found in the wheels, the skin is all over the seats and the intestines are connected to the back of the car, etcetera. He is able to drive his car body without touching the steering wheel and can reach speeds as fast as 100 km/h.
SCP-9100 was recovered in the 21st of April of 2017, after getting pulled over by a police officer, who was horrified with the man's condition at the time. He was much skinnier, his hair was overgrown and was rusty and dirty. After being recovered and taken to the foundation, as well as getting a haircut and getting cleaned, he was interviewed by Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (See Addendum 1) in the 24th of April of 2017, the same doctor that drew him.

ADDENDUM 1

<Begin log>
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ approaches SCP-9100's window. SCP-9100 drinks a cup of water, as the lad was thirsty.
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: Hey there, lad. You okay?
SCP-9100: Ah!... Hey. I'm fine...
SCP-9100 was still recovering at the time.
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: Sorry for startling you. Anyways, I've got a few questions to ask you, if that's okay.
SCP-9100: ..Okay. What is it?
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: Okay, so tell me, how did you end up like this?
SCP-9100: Well... All I remember was partying all night with some... Weird looking people. I was drunk and stumbling over to my car, I was taking one of those people to my car because I thought they were a woman... And now I'm like this. I can't even cover my junk anymore, man...
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: ...Do you remember anything from that night? Like, where the place was, who was that "woman"?
SCP-9100: No... I... I remember they looked like Scarlett Johansson and they made me kinda angry... Like, sexually infuriated. We didn't even get naked... I think they knocked me out! God... I need to raise my standards...
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: Ah. How... How long ago was that?
SCP-9100: 2015.
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: How did you survive out there for two years?
SCP-9100: ...Selling carcasses of ran over animals. I couldn't go home or to work like... This. So i had to get money the hard and cruel way. Then i would go to the only place i could get food without anybody giving a shit— McDonald's. I don't know why nobody cared, but whatever. I'm still alive, that's what matters. And I also had to piss in jars...
SCP-9100 seems to zone out at that last sentence.
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: Interesting... Say, have you ever gotten into an accident?
SCP-9100: ...Uh... Not yet. Well, I mean, there were some cases of burglars trying to break in and getting jumpscared by my appearance, and even hurting me in the process, but no.
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: Okay, well, that was it for the interview. Thank you for your time, Mr. Donald ▇▇▇▇▇.
SCP-9100: Just call me Donny.
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: Alright, "Donny".
Dr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ winks at him, before walking away with the results of the interview.

Researchers who had any interaction with SCP-9100 have said that he was the nicest anomaly they've ever met. They also said that SCP-9100 expressed an interest for a game known as "Team Fortress 2", in which he would mention and reference a bit too much in unrelated conversations.
In the 27th of April of 2017, the O5 was struggling to find a place in the foundation to fit SCP-9100 in. He had to be put in an open space, somewhere he could freely roam around. The council decided that it would be best to not contain him, and due to his calm and sweet personality, they knew that he wouldn't cause any mayhem outside the facility.
