District Story - At the Reptile Cafe
Rui: ……..
Shizuru: ……
Rui: ……Tch.
Shizuru: Huh? What? Are you in a bad mood or something?
Rui: …I’m bored.
Shizuru: Well, how about we play a game to kill time? How about this, the loser has to do whatever the winner says.
Rui: What the winner wants…
Shizuru: Already assuming you’re gonna win?
Rui: I doubt I’ll lose to you.
Shizuru: You sure? That’s why it’s a challenge, you know?
Rui: So, you’re saying if it’s a game you’re good at, you’ll win?
Shizuru: I’ve been getting into it lately, and my score looked quite promising, you know?
If you underestimate me too much, you might regret it sooner or later so you gotta take this seriously and give it all you got.
Rui: Ha, whatever, I can even give you a handicap if you want.
Shizuru: That’s nice of you. I’ll take it.
Rui: Hurry up. I’ll wrap this up in no time.
Shizuru: Alright, alright. Well, let the game begin ♪

Rui: …..
Shizuru: Don’t be like that. I brought you to this place cause I thought it’d make you happy, didn’t ?
Rui: ……
Shizuru: He’s ignoring me.
Rui: …Don’t act cocky, you barely even won with that handicap.
Shizuru: Well, a win is a win. So you have to do what I want.
Rui: That’s why I’m putting up with this damned cold store.
Shizuru: Don’t be so cranky 'kay?
Here, doesn’t this snake donut look good? Isn’t it great we came to this Reptile Cafe?
Rui: …It’s not cute but atleast the store stuck to the theme.
Shizuru: Right? I knew you would have liked it.
Rui: I didn’t say I liked it even once.
Shizuru: I’m glad you’re loving it so far.
Ever since I found this cafe, I’ve always planned on bringing you here.
Rui: …You’re always quick to want to hang out with people.
Shizuru: It’s normal, but don’t you think you might be a bit of a people-hater, Rui?
Rui: Even if you pretend to be friends, they’re still strangers. Strangers can betray you, so it’s a waste of mental energy.
Shizuru: …..
Could it be… you’re dealing with trauma from being rejected by someone you really liked?!
Rui: …No. Even if I liked someone, I wouldn’t tell you anyway.
Shizuru: Our leader can be so cold sometimes.
Rui: So annoying…
Shizuru: Since we're friends, you should feel comfortable sharing things like that with me.
Rui: Aren’t you the one who keeps pushing to be ‘friends’ for some reason?
Shizuru: ….
Well yeah, but even if I did. I wouldn’t tell you.
Well, I don’t need any, though?
Rui: So annoying…
Shizuru: You are too.
